Objective:To identify the risk factors of intracranial aneurysms rupture, provide the basis of prevention of intracranial aneurysm rupture and make optimal clinical management of the patients. Methods:From January2011to December2014.688patients consistent with inclusion and exclusion standards in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang university were consecutively enrolled in this retrospective research. They were divided into two groups, ruptured intracranial aneurysms403cases and unruptured intracranial aneurysms285cases. From the patient’s age, gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of Hyperlipidemia, smoking history and history of drinking seven aspects analyzes the risk factors for intracranial aneurysm rupture, and the age, female and history of Hyperlipidemia control at ordinary times, and always the highest classification analysis and the relationship between the intracranial aneurysm rupture factors. The case history data was collected by the researchers. Logistic regression analysis was used to find the risk factors. Results:The rupture of intracranial aneurysms most occurs in patients aged40to70years. Univariate analysis showed that hypertension(P<0.001),female(P=0.027), less than60(P<0.001) were associated with the rupture of intracranial aneurysms significantly. Biabetes mellitus(P<0.001) and Hyperlipidemia(P<0.001) ruduce the risk. Using Logistic regression analysis, we identified that hypertension, female and less than60were significant risk factors for the rupture of intracranial aneurysms, while diabetes mellitus and Hyperlipidemia were the protective factors. Conclusion:The rupture of intracranial aneurysms most occurs in people aged40to60years. Hypertension and female were significant risk factors for the rupture of intracranial aneurysms, but diabetes mellitus and Hyperlipidemia were the protective factors. Operation is suggested for female intracranial aneurysm patients forty to sixty years old, especially those with hypertension.
