Objective:1) To study the epidemiological characteristics of menopause and the related factors among Han, Uygur, Kazak female in Urumqi,Ili, Kashi, Altay region of Xinjiang; 2) To investigate the hormones change characteristic and the relation of perimenopausal hormones levels and perimenopausal syndrome in Han, Uygur, Kazak female; 3) To investigate the different intervention methods on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in Han, Uygur, Kazak women. Methods:1) The study was cross-sectional study,Taking the method of stratified cluster random sampling, in Urumqi, Kashi City, the city of Altay Yining, Wuqia County, Xinyuan County, Zhaosu, Turk Adams County, Tale De town and other areas. The total of 3382 women who are 40-60years old among Han, Uygur, Kazak, A questionnaire survey was adopted. Description of age at natural menopause by x±s. Factors associated with the age at natural menopause by multiple linear regression. The analysis of relevant factors in perimenopausal syndrome by Logistic regression; 2) The laboratory research to find Han, Uygur, Kazak women of peri-menopausal hormone levels of serum FSH, LH serum changes in the normal distribution of data by (x±s) is described, skewed distribution of data with the median and quartiles[M (P75-P25)] will be described. Spearman rank correlation and partial correlation analysis of serum FSH, LH and serum Han, Uygur, Kazak female climacteric syndrome; 3) In accordance with the wishes of patients, randomized controlled trial to analyze different intervention side, Han, Uygur, Kazak female climacteric syndrome treatment. Results:1) Han female age at natural menopause was 48.73±2.96years, Uighur women naturally stunt age 45.73±3.64years, Kazakh women age at natural menopause was 45.26+3.49years; 2) The impact of Han female age at natural menopause protective factors of oral contraceptives, breast-feeding, education level (P<0.05); Age at natural menopause affect women between protective factors are:age at first marriage, feeding time, the number of production, marital status, period (P<0.05); The Kazakh female age at natural menopause protective factors are:menstruation, body mass index, education level, monthly income, production times, menstrual cycle, menstrual period (P <0.05); 3) Factors influence the degree of Han female climacteric syndrome:Oral contraceptives are other contraceptive methods risk of 0.465 (0.309~0.699); non-drug users is 0.416 times IDUs (0.196-0.885) times; not experienced negative life events that have negative life events crowd of 0.469 (0.306~0.719) times; 0.424 (0.271~0.661) times premenopausal period is perimenopause period 0.070 (0.005~1.004) times. Uygur women influence the degree of occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome risk factors:low level of education is a high level of education of 4.509 (1.516~13.406) times, primary education university degree and above of 3.415 (1.178~8.399) times; artificial menopause is 3.567 (2.464~5.164) times the natural menopause; nulliparous population is 4.651 (1.138~19.009)^3 times the number of times the production of population; reproductive history is the production of a number of≥3 times the population of 1.879 (1.205~2.930) times; twice reproductive history is 1.150 (0.724~1.827) times the number of production≥3 times the crowd. The effect is much better than that of other treatment modalities. It has obvious advantages (P<0.05); hormone replacement therapy for three national levels of female hormones (FSH, E2, and KI score with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:1) Xinjiang uygur, kazak female natural menopause age earlier amalgamations women obviously. The han, uygur, kazak female natural menopause age influence factors are different; The han, uygur, kazak women of perimenopausal syndrome occurred in different menopause stage performance, the han, uygur, kazak women perimenopausal syndrome occurrence degree of influence factors have obvious difference; 2) Laboratory studies have shown that the han, uygur, kazak, degree of the women of perimenopausal syndrome is associated with serum FSH level, serum E2 level; 3) Through different intervention methods on the han, uygur, kazak women of perimenopausal syndrome observational studies have shown that hormone replacement therapy is better than that of any other treatment.
