| BackgroundStroke is one of the main disease that endanger the health of people in urban and rural areas, whichhas been regarded asthe most important causes of death. Nearly 70% of the stroke patients were ischemic stroke. The high mortality, high disability rate and high recurrence rate of stroke were the difficult points in the present management. Western medicine treat the disease with Thrombolysis, antiplatelet, anticoagulation, defibrase, hypolipidemic, nerve protectionand so on. Traditional Chinese medicinehas potential advantage in treating, such as decoction, Injection of Chinese Medicine, Chinese patent medicine, acupuncture, massage. Traditional Chinese medicinewas regarded asa importantrole in the treatment of stroke, But still need more objective evaluation and evidence-based research to define itself.Professor Tan Feng, the fifth academic inheritors of famous Traditional C hinese Medicine experts, Neurology academic leader of Foshan Hospital of T raditional Chinese Medicine, propose treating stroke by promoting blood c irculation to remove blood, Psychological nursing and comprehensive rehab ilitation in early period. He was good at treating Qi deficiency and blood stasisischemic strokeby supplementing qi and activating blood circulatio n. The research carried onProfessor Tan Feng’Academic experience and treat Qi deficiency and blood stasisischemic strokewith TongYangHuoXue granule. We evaluated the changes of TCM Syndromes with Diagnostic Scale for TCM syndrome of ischemic stroke, and evaluated Nerve function with TST and NIH SS. We hope to explore the mechanism of the treating ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis by TongYangHuoXue granule andsum upthe aca demic experience of Professor Tan Feng.ObjectiveTo observe the effect of TongYangHuoXuegranule on the TCM symdrome in Ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, andsum upthe academic experience of Professor Tan Feng.Methods①47 cases of ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis was selected in 156 cases of ischemic stroke patients, which were admitted to the Foshan Hospital of TCM from Marth 2015 to December 2015, were randomly divided into treatment group(124 cases) and control group(23 cases);② According to the standard, the Diagonstic Scale for TCM Syndrome of ischemic stroke was evaluated Before treatment and after 14-day treatment;③And the neurology grade in two groups were separately evaluated with the method of NIH Stroke scalebefore treatment and after 14-daytreatment;④TST were used to assess the corticospinal tract injury degree between treatment group and the control groupbefore treatment and after 14-daytreatment. Results①Patients with ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis in this group accounted for 30.13%. ②Before treatmentthe NIHSS and TSTest test results were correlated (P<0.05);③There were significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in TSTtest test resultsdifference before and after treatment (P<0.05). ④There were significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in phlegmatic hygrosis, qi deficiency and blood stasis difference Before and after treatment (P<0.05). There were no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in endogenous wind, endogenous fire and yin deficiency difference Before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusions① Qi deficiency and blood stasis may be one of the main types of early ischemic stroke. ② TSTcould quantitatively analysis the impairment of corticospinal tractsand reflect the neurical function of the Ischemic stroke patients.③TongYangHuoXue granule could improve the TSTtestand promote motor function of the ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. ④TongYangHuoXue granule could improve the TCM syndrome score of blood stasis, qi deficiencyand phlegmatic hygrosis in the ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, which meeting the mechanism of prescription of TongYangHuoXue granule. |
