Clinical Observation Of Nasal Oxygen Inhalation Plus Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction In The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of the clinical syndrome and the neurologic impairment and the ability to live by the nasal inhalation of Kaiqiaouyanghuanwu liquid in treating cerebral ischemic stroke.To evaluate and reveal the advantages/efficacy and safety by the nasal inhalation of the liquid in treating the disease.It provides the basis for clinical and experimental research,and contributes to the treatment of ischemic stroke by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Collected 60 cases that are selected according with the standard of cerebral ischemic stroke disease in the inpatient department of the neurology from The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,each group consists of 30patients: The control group: given basic treatment;The experimental group:nasal inhalation of Kaiqiaouyanghuanwu liquid.I will observe and analyse the two group,s changes of clinical syndrome and MMSE,ADL scale to achieve the conclusions.Results:1.The total TCM syndrome clinical efficiency: the treatment group clinical total effective rate was 86.6%,total effective rate of the control group 60%.Two groups can recovery effective treatment of patients with ischemic stroke,but the treatment group was higher than the control groups,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(p<0.05).2.The degree of neurological deficit score: In each group comparison,after treatment significantly improved compared with before treatment,and had significant difference(p<0.05),and the comparison between the treatment group neurological symptoms better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.ADL score:In each group comparison,after treatment significantly improved compared with before treatment,and after treatment between the two groups had significant difference(p<0.05).In the comparison between the treatment group daily life ability was better than the control group,there were statistically significant differences(p<0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: at the end of the course,In each group comparison,after treatment significantly improved compared with before treatment,and after treatment between the two groups had significant difference(p<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores were reduced to varying degrees:The treatment group decreased significantly than the control group,the results were statistically significant(p<0.05).5.There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion:Inhalation of Kaiqiaobuyang liquid can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the scores of ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.It provides a new reference for the treatment of ischemic stroke,and provides a new reference for the effective drug delivery.
