| Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Qingxin Anshen decoction combined with threshold sound conditioning therapy for treating primary tinnitus.To clarify the theoretical basis of the tinnitus treatment about traditional Chinese medicine combined with sound therapy, and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of primary tinnitus.Methods:39 cases of primary tinnitus patients were selected in the Otolaryngology department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM from July 2015 to March 2016. According to the requirements of clinical trials,39 patients were divided into three groups,13 cases of each group. The Chinese medicine group is provided with medicine Qingxin Anshen decoction,acoustic treatment group is provided with threshold sound conditioning therapy, conjoint therapy group is provided with Qingxin Anshen decoction combined with threshold sound conditioning therapy.The two time points which consist of before and after 14 days of treatment, all patients were tested of pure tone audiometer measurement, acoustic guided anti check, tinnitus pitch and loudness matching, check AMA-PTA, tinnitus handicap inventory (THI) and the severity of tinnitus volume form, indicators before and after treatment were compared, and curative effect of three treatment schemes were evaluated.Results:The traditional Chinese medicine group (13 cases),2 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 84.62%.Acoustic treatment group,1 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 84.62%. Conjoint therapy group,10 cases were markedly effective, effective in 3 cases, invalid 0 cases, the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:Compared the clinical effort with the three kinds of tinnitus treatment about traditional Chinese medicine,threshold sound conditioning therapy and conjoint therapy,we can find that the conjoint therapy group own the best effect. |
