Clincal Observation Of Effects Of Kidney-tonifying,Essence-Replenishing Method And Threshold Sound Conditioning Therapy In Treating Tinnitus In The Late Stage Of Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss

Clincal observation of effects of kidney-tonifying,essence-replenishing method and threshold sound conditioning therapy in treating tinnitus in the late stage of sudden sensorineural hearing lossOBJECTIVE:To observe and compare the curative effect of threshold sound conditioning therapy or traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of tinnitus in the late stage of sudden sensorineural hearing loss,and whether traditional chinese medicine combined with threshold sound conditioning therapy is better than the single therapy.To understand the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with threshold sound conditioning therapy in the treatment of tinnitus.in the late stage of sudden sensorineural hearing loss,We hope to provide a new direction for the treatment of the disease.METHODS:80 cases were enrolled in the department of otolaryngology from October 2015 to March 2017 to Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM.According to the protocol,the patients were randomly divided into 4 groups,control group,threshold sound conditioning therapy group,the traditional Chinese medicine group and the conjoint therapy group(threshold sound conditioning therapy combined with the traditional Chinese medicine).Each group of 20 cases,and all patients were followed up for 2 weeks and 1 month.Each patient need to review the THI scale and tinnitus severity scale.The clinical efficacy of the four treatment regimens was observed and compared.Results:20 cases in the conventional group,2 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were ineffective,10 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 50%.Threshold sound conditioning therapy group was 20 cases,4 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 90%.The traditional Chinese medicine group was 20 cases,effective in 8 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the effective rate was 95%.The conjoint therapy group was 20 cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 5 cases,invalid in 0 case,the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:It was found that the traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined with threshold sound conditioning therapy had significant effect on the treatment of tinnitus in the late stage of sudden sensorineural hearing loss.Among them,the conjoint therapy group own the best effect.
