| Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi huoxue formula on MS patients with clinical signs and symptoms and the clinical effect evaluation of lower extremity peripheral arterial disease, fasting and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, blood rheology, color Doppler ultrasound, Transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure and peripheral arterial diseases of lower extremities, treated by Yiqi Huo Xue formula and Buyang Huanwu decoction among the patients with diabetes mellitus walking disorder survey.Methods:60 patients with lower extremity peripheral arterial disease in patients with diabetes were randomly assigned to the treatment group (n= 30) and control group (n= 30). Both groups were receiving essential medication to control blood sugar. In the morning and evening,4 week as a course of treatment, the treatment group receiving additional scientific Chinese medicine treatment of BU Yang Huan Wu decoction and observed the 4 courses. As a result of clinical signs and symptoms score, fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2-hour postprandial blood sugar (2hPG), whole blood viscosity at low shear rates (NBL), and whole blood viscosity at high shear rates (Huck).. Plasma viscosity (NP), and red blood cell electrophoresis time (ET), hematocrit (HCT), and Fibrinogen (Fb), and Platelet aggregation rate (PAR), and the posterior tibial artery diameter and blood flow, dorsal pedal artery diameter and blood flow, Transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen (TcPO2) walking disorder questionnaire (Description WIQ) the two groups of patients before treatment, and post-evaluation. Final analysis of the clinical effect and peripheral arterial diseases of lower extremities treated by Yiqi huoxue tongluo method affects the quality of life of diabetes patients.Results:All patients have completed treatment and evaluation of testing requirements. Cyclophosphamide on clinical symptoms and signs of integration effects:[1] after treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group were 83.3%. The total efficiency ratio of the control group is 56.7%. As a result, the comprehensive clinical treatment group is better than the control group (p< 0.05).[2] The FPG and 2hPG effect for after treatment fasting blood glucose and 2hPG treatment groups showed improved than before (p<0.05), and better than the control group (p< 0.05).[3] On blood rheology influence:after treatment, NBL, Huck, NP, ET, and HCT, and PAR treatment group were improved than before (P<0.05), and NBL, Huck, HCT, and PAR than the control group (p< 0.05). The index of control groups and treatment groups Fb has no significant differences than before (P>0.05), and NP, ET, Fb no significant differences between the two groups (p> 0.05);[4]The effects of posterior tibial artery diameter and blood flow :after treatment, after tibial artery and dorsalis pedis artery diameter expanded more widely in the treatment group (p< 0.05), and an increase in blood flow than before (p< 0.05), and better than the control group (p < 0.05). Although the diameter of the blood vessels and blood flow of the posterior tibial artery and dorsal pedal artery in the control group, there is no significant difference than before (P> 0.05).[5] In order to reduce the effect of Microcirculation in lower limbs after treatment. The treatment group TcPO2 showed significantly better than before (P<0.05), and better than the control group (p< 0.05). While the control group had no significant difference than before (P> 0.05);[6] Impact on quality of life:after treatment, walking speed and distance, description WIQ comprehensive improvements in the treatment group were better than before (P<0.05), and better than the control group (p< 0.05);[7]There were no significant differences in the control group than before(P>0.05)and the stairs in the treatment group than I did before there was no control group (p> 0.05)Conclusion:1 Prescription of Yiqi huoxue formula for nourishing Qi, activating blood and can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of peripheral arterial diseases of lower extremity, and is conducive to their blood sugar control in diabetic patients.2 Yiqi huoxue formula to achieve the objective to improve their blood rheology indexes, speed and lower limb blood flow and microcirculation and expanded its lower limb artery diameter in the treatment of lowerextremity peripheral arterial disease in diabetic patients.3 Yiqi huoxue formula can improve lower extremity peripheral arterial disease in diabetic patients on the basis of clinical symptoms improved on exercise capacity and marks and blood supply to the lower limb and demands to improve their quality of life. |
