Studies Of The Culture Industries Development Within The Process Of The Urban Regeneration In The West,as Well As The Illumination For China’s Practice

At present, the Urban Regeneration and the culture industries development in China are all in the accelerating stage, facing some practical difficulties and problems. Comparatively speaking, the Urban Regeneration and the practice of culture industries in the Western countries have walked through the development experience for a half century, after the self-criticism and the change of method, it makes a great develop achievement, which has the model significance to our country, especially the experience of culture industries development of our cities.The paper bases on the background of the Urban Regeneration and the culture industries development of China, the mainly research technique is historical method, with the interdisciplinary method as the supplementary one, talking about the Urban Regeneration and the culture industries development, the developmental background and progress, focusing on the promotion of the investigation of Urban Regeneration to the culture industries development, in order to provide reference to the Urban Regeneration and the culture industries development of China through the summary of the lessons of the west, which makes the research more meaningful. Besides, the western experience can also give us good enlightenment, such as the protection of the culture heritage, which is the resource base of the culture industries development; to emphasize the Urban Regeneration of the cultural orientation, which is the dynamic opportunities of the culture industries development; to make the government work properly, which is the guarantee of the culture industries development, and etc. At last, in this chapter it cites the influential case that it drives the Urban Regeneration by the project of "The Taierzhuang Ancient City", which promote the city culture industries development, discussing the concrete practice of the promotion of the Urban Regeneration to the culture industries development.
