The grassland Silk Road sports intangible culture is a cultural treasures, it was created in different natural environment, institutional environment, social environment and other conditions by multiple ethnic groups, today formed a diverse sports culture pattern. The grassland Silk Road national sports intangible culture as a kind of history and culture, it still has certain social influence, its protection and management has an important strategic significance. These sports intangible cultural long-term service to the nation or other nation with the national or ethnic group brand, emotion. The protection and management of national sports intangible cultural heritage can be seen as respect ethnic culture, it can ease the conflict of culture, construct a harmonious Society of frontier life. The protection and management of national sports intangible cultural heritage can promote the protect minority sports culture and heritage, to promote the inheritance of Chinese culture, can strengthen the nation’s national identity, can enhance the cohesion of the Chinese nation, can enhance the national cultural soft power, and realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This research based on the investigation on the grassland Silk Road, has collected the massive historical data of sports history and culture, a lot of historical and cultural protection literature at home and abroad were analysed. Through the above steps,this research find the breakthrough of the protection of intangible cultural heritage, further study on sports intangible cultural heritage. This research uses the method of matrix, AHP to solve the classification, the value evaluation problem of grassland Silk Road sports intangible cultural heritage. Use the cooperative theory to explores the linear management mode of grassland Silk Road intangible cultural heritage of sports.
