Modern Literature And Folklore Culture In Northeast China

The creation of modern writers in the northeast of China has attracted people’s attention by the rich flavor of the times, their works are different from other regions or schools of folk customs and cultural connotations in the history of modern Chinese Literature, readers have a taste of the unique social features of Northeast China and the historical changes of the spiritual world of the northeast. The rich folk custom culture in modern literature works of the Northeast is an important element that cannot be separated from the text, it constitute the existence and significance of the novel. In this paper, we will investigate and analyze the relationship between modern literature and folk culture in Northeast China, in order to restore to the special cultural context of the times, then try to explore the secret relationship between these two aspects and specific process. The study will also extend to “modern Chinese literature and folk culture”, to understand its special charm and position from a wild and macro perspective, therefore we’ll have a comprehensive landscape of Northeast modern literature and folklore culture. This paper showing detailed analysis and interpretation of various of forms and manifestations in the Northeast modern literature, combining the special context and the unique discourse expression authors used to show the strong regional cultural spirit.This paper consists of seven parts, including introduction and conclusion:Introduction introduce the definition of the origin and the related concepts, the history and the present situation of the research, and the research mentality and the method.Part one define the relations between literature and folk culture and its scope, the emergence and development of modern folklore China, and the composition and function of folk culture elements in Chinese Modern Literature. So as to recognize the important role of the folk culture and creation thinking in the modern literature text, ad discover the special historical position of the Northeast writers.Part two mainly in the frame and space of the history and culture, understand the formation of the relationship between the modern literature and the folk culture in the northeast of China, analysis the deep impact of complex and volatile political environment and military situation on the literary creation, showing the uniqueness and necessity of the existence background of modern literature, which consider the the special environment and national disaster somehow determine the writers’ cultural identity.In part three, we discuss the Northeast writers as a special group showing the necessary connection of folk culture, which is, how folk culture influences the thinking of writers. This part study showing the integrity and richness of the modern literature in Northeast China. Then it discusses how the folk culture is transformed into the literary elements, and what kind of role it plays, emphatically analyzes the function of the spiritual and folk custom.
