Whetherput emphasis on and cultivate culture decides the surviving and developmental abilityof a nation or a country in the era of globalization. All the countries in the worldcompetitively make and execute cultural development strategies, enhance domesticcultural advantages, push forward cultural construction. In order to have a stableposition in the international competition, Chinese culture, which is in the current worldculture structure, must stand in the global and strategic height to consider the positionand function of cultural construction, tightly hold the tendency of mutual harmony andadvancement of culture with economy, politics and society, attach great importance tothe construction and impetus of socialist cultural development mode in the frameworkof Socialism with Chinese characteristics, fully exert the unique advantages ofSocialist system, learn and draw the successful experiences of foreign countries,effectively use the plentiful and profound cultural resources, improve the overallcapacity of cultural development.
