Learning has been accompanied by the establishment,development and growingof the Communist Party of China. Whenever possible, the Communist Party of Chinahas not forgotten to improve herself, and realize her own historical mission bylearning. Yan ’an period, as the party’s growing brilliant period, theoretical study hasbeen through it. At that time, in Yan ’an, the purpose of theoretical study is tostrengthen the construction of the party. By learning Marxist theory, summing up theparty’s historical experience, and investigating and researching the fact in-depth, theCommunist Party of China has become a political party of Marxism in a nationwideway and with a broad mass base of the proletarian.How to learn the Yan ’an period motion to guide the construction of learningparty at this moment is a relatively hot topic of current academic circles. Researchingthis topic need a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the learning activity ofYan ’an period. First of all, we should research the development of Yan ’an period, torealize its running mechanism, and grasp its general rule. Secondly, learning thechange of national conditional, worldly affairs and party condition between the Yan’an period and the current, we can research the reference of the learning activity in theYan ’an period with the historical perspective. Finally, it should be pointed out that,the concept of "learning" is first put forward by the contemporary western scholars;therefore, during the process of researching, we also need to understand thebackground, aim and meaning of the concept of learning.There should be a few questions to be point out: I. In the Yan ’an period, why didMAO zedong put forward the learning? II.In the Yan ’an period, what were theproblems of the party in learning? III. From the founding of the party to the Yan ’anperiod, what is the distinguishing feature of ecstasy, conditions, and party? IV.In theYan ’an period, how to learn in the party? V.In the Yan ’an period, why did the partysucceed in learning? VI.At present, why did the party put forward the construction ofa learning-oriented party? VII.During the construction of the learning-oriented party,what kinds of problems did the learning of the party have? VIII. How to ensure thisstrategic mission to develop successfully? IX. Through the construction of learning-oriented party, can we improve the leadership level and ruling level of theparty? X. What can we have through the learning of Yan ’an period to serve theconstruction of learning party now? In a word, the Yan ’an period as a key period inthe history of theoretical study of the Communist Party of China, what relationshipdid the Yan ’an period and now.This paper consists of introduction, body and conclusion.Introduction mainly introduces the meaning of the topic, the definition ofrelated concepts, the current situation of the research of the subject and the researchmethods and logical framework of this article.In the body, on the basis of full analysis and possession in the basic historicaldata, author makes an overall study of the theory learning process of the CommunistParty of China in the Yan ’an period (1935-1948), to tease out the characteristics ofdifferent stages during the period of theoretical study, summarize the methods andcontent of the learning during this time, and generalize the historical significance ofthe learning of the Yan ’an period and the realistic value to build the learning-orientedparty.The first chapter, first of all, analyses the history and reality background of thelearning in the Yan ’an period; Secondly, combs the condition of learning in differenthistorical stages of the Yan ’an period, and makes the Yan ’an period theory learningactivities into four stages: the study before the sixth plenary session of the six, thestudy from the sixth plenary session of the six to the Yan ’an rectification movementperiod, the study from the Yan ’an rectification movement period to the party’s seventimes and the study after the party’s seven; In the end, generalizes the specific contentof theoretical study of the Yan ’an period.The second chapter summarizes the experience of the theory learning in the Yan’an period. Firstly, it induces the guiding principle of the learning in the Yan ’anperiod, and then finds out the specific methods.So, it provides the significance of methodology for the theoretical study of Yan ’anperiod research, and we can have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of theYan ’an period in the macroscopic and microscopic way.The third chapter summarizes the historical significance of the learning in theYan ’an period. From the perspective of the history, the author researches thesignificance of the learning in the Yan’an period to the development and growing of the Communist Party of China. The purpose of this is to examine the historicalposition of the Yan ’an period in the history of the proletariat theory study.The fourth chapter mainly studies the revelation of the Yan ’an period oftheoretical study to the current construction of learning-oriented party. By studyingthe history of the construction of a learning political party of the Communist Party ofChina, as well as the specific requirements and strategic position for building alearning party, the glorious tradition of attaching importance to the theory study is hasalways been. On the basis of the above three chapters study, learning activity of theYan’an period has important value of enlightenment for the current construction oflearning-oriented party.In the conclusion, the author has summarized the learning activities of the Yan’an period and made the prospect of future in the building of the learning-orientedparty.
