It was a great success for studying movement in Yan’an period of the history of TheCommunist Party of Chinese cadre education. In1938, The sixth session of the sixplenary session of the Central Committee put forward the whole party to study Marxisttheoretical movement, On the one hand is due to the level of Marxist theory of theCommunist Party of China "congenitally deficient", the need for theory make up amissed lesson. On the other hand, it is the learning that help party members and cadres tosay no to non-proletarian ideologies and to enhance themselves culturally theory. Thisarticle through to the learning movement of rise after the sixth plenary session of the sixto study the basic process of learning, learning system, content, method and study thebasic situation. Further analysis of Mao Zedong’s dissatisfaction to on-the-job cadrestudy and determined to "reform our study" down with subjectivism, but failed to arousethe attention of the party, so Mao Zedong determined to "send a river flood" rectificationmovement, which from the senior cadres of the Party Central Committee began to carryout investigation and research, study the history of the party to "three pronged approach"to overcome dogmatism learning in theory, which all establish the ideological line ofseeking truth from facts. Learing movement conducted in Yan’an period, that is alsoimportant today for the communist party of China building learning-oriented,service-oriented and revolutionary Marxist ruling party, and building a contingent ofhigh-caliber cadres.
