The Harmonization Methods Of International Commercial Contract Law

With the development of globalization, the harmonization of the law is still on the way, especilly in the areas of international trade. As the base law of private law, the harmonization of the contract law goes ahead and has produced some successful results.The background of harmonization of the private law is the globalization. The development and the nature of globalization constraints the harmonization of private international law, therefore, I will start my paper from the point. Fist, Through analysing the question of the globalization, I will study the history, nature, reasons, states of globalization. Secondly, On above base, I will analyse history, current states, results of the harmonization of the private international law and international trade law. More and more, the emphasis of my study will fall to the harmonization of the international trade contract law. Last, I will analyse the path of the harmonization of international contract law,and then compare the different paths used by different ingernational orgnizations. Based above research, I will get my conclusions and offer my opinions.
