Tanqiu Chen, the figure this paper studies, is one of the pioneers of the CCP and the deputy of the first Party’s Congress (PC), who has a lot of brilliant thinking in his cause of revolution. But sank in historic evolutions, he was ignored for many years. Based on collecting, reorganizing and completing Tanqiu Chen’s life stories, focused on historic events reviews and ideological theory, and spread within6chapters, we comprehensively describe Tenqiu Chen’s growing history and his major thinking in the establishment of the CPC and his revolutionary career.Chapter one aims to investigate Tanqiu Chen’s early years’ education and experiences in joining the revolution. Digging the new documentary and those ignored in the past, we smoothed Chen Ce Lou’s (Tanqiu Chen’s homeland) village history. At the same time, with reference of Wuhan historical documentary, we cleared up some basic historic facts and objectively reflect Tanqiu Chen’s life, study and revolutionary process in this stage.Chapter two aims to investigate Tanqiu Chen’s revolutionary activities from the first Party’s Congress to the fail of the Great Revolutionary (1927). He was very active in this stage, when he devoted himself in abundant educational practices, early years’ workers’activities, and to develop the Communist and Youth League (YL) organization. His teaching career significantly influenced young people in democratic ideological enlightenment and trained a bunch of pioneers for early CPC organizations. Tanqiu Chen and Biwu Dong, established the early CPC organization in Hubei province, together with the leadership of the Jinghan Railway Workers Strike and the workers training activities in An Yuan Mines, which contributes a lot to the establishment and development of the early CPC and to promote early workers’ activities in China.Chapter three aims to investigate Tanqiu Chen’s revolutionary activities from the fail of the Great Revolutionary(1927) till to1933, the year he was released from "Manchuria"(1932.3-1945,Japanese puppet regime in Northeast China). During the low phrase of national revolutionary, as the main inspector, Tanqiu Chen rebuilt and reorganized the local CPC organizations in ShunZhi, QingDao and "Manchuria". Meanwhile, He was responsible for the CCP organization under the leadership of Enlai Zhou. Chen is one of the important leaders who paid highly attention and concerns to the CPC’s early organizations and establishment and with systematically discussion to them. During his investing, He was good to combine the practice, to insist the right inside Party’s struggles and to listen to the basic suggestions. By doing so, he formed abundant inside-party inspection thinking and inside-party struggle thinking, which contributed to purge the loose local CPC organizations after the Great RevolutionaryChapter four aims to investigate Tanqiu Chen’s revolutionary activities from his arrival to Soviet Areas in1933to1935when he left China. In this stage, he was designated as the Secretary of CPC’s Fujian Committee. He was also beat in political. When he was designated as the Grain Minster of Soviet Areas, he endured the humiliation and made every effort to raise grain for the Red Army. When the Red Army left for the Long March, Tanqiu Chen stayed in the south of Gan(Jiangxi province) and the West of Min(Fujian province) to deep in guerrilla warfare.Chapter five aims to investigate Tanqiu Chen’s revolutionary activities in the Communist International from August1935to May1939. As the deputy of CPC in the Communist International, Chen was responsible for teaching in Moscow Eastern University and Lenin University, for management and logistic supports for CPC’s cadres in Moscow. He actively broadcasted CPC’s Anti Japanese theories and claims internationally and wrote lots of theoretical articles. His memoirs on CPC are the most important writings to consist of the whole early historic facts of the first Party’s Congress.Chapter six aims to investigate Tanqiu Chen’s revolutionary activites from May1939to September1943in Xin Jiang, ended to the hero’s sacrifice his life bravely and gloriously. During this state, Tanqiu Chen was designated in urgency to maintain the national Anti-Japanese United Front in Xin Jiang. He actively implemented the Xin Jiang Six Policies and insisted on the struggle strategy of "Fight without crush". He stabled the Xin Jiang National Anti-Japanese United Front and protected the important transportation paths between CPC and Soviet Union. He also trained a big bunch of militarists and cadres. Under the complex historical circumstances and mixed with the controls of CPC, Soviet Union, the Communist International, Kuomintang government and Shicai Sheng-one of the warlord, the Xin Jiang National Anti-Japanese United Front finally was broke. But the martyrs will be memorized forever in history.
