Chen Tanqiu's Research On The Sinicization Of Early Marxism (1919-1933)

After the May 4th Movement,Marxism spread rapidly in China.The advanced intellectuals who came into contact with Marxist theory began the historical process of exploring the early sinicization of Marxism.Their exploration of the sinicization of early Marxism is mainly carried out from both theoretical and practical aspects.After repeated exploration,they finally found a road suitable for China's development.The advanced Chinese not only laid the theoretical foundation of sinicization of Marxism,but also provided rich practical experience.In the era background of saving the nation from subjugation to survival,Chen Tanqiu threw himself into the torrent of socialism.Through the comparison of various socialist ideological trends,Chen Tanqiu finally chose Marxism.Around this time,Chen Tanqiu began to explore the history of early Marxism in China.Taking Chen Tanqiu's exploration of early Marxism in China as the research object,this paper analyzes the objective background and subjective background of Chen Tanqiu's exploration of early Marxism in China,and summarizes the main contents of Chen Tanqiu's exploration of early Marxism in China by using the methods of literature analysis and history and theory.The main contents are summarized in two aspects,namely,Chen Tanqiu's main practice of exploring the early sinicization of Marxism and Chen Tanqiu's main ideas of exploring the early sinicization of Marxism.This paper discusses Chen Tanqiu's main practice of exploring the early sinicization of Marxism from six aspects: starting newspapers and periodicals,starting schools,setting up Marxist theory research institutes,taking part in the May 4th Movement,leading the Wuhan strike and promoting the Kuomintang-Communist cooperation United front,and discusses Chen Tanqiu's main ideas of exploring the early sinicization of Marxism from four aspects: party building,understanding of the Kuomintang,United front and women's movement.Chen Tanqiu's exploration of the early sinicization of Marxism is of great significance,which not only enriches the form and content of Marxism spread in China,but also has important enlightenment for promoting the sinicization of Marxism and building a socialist road in the new era.
