The Study Of The Problem Of Ideological Discourse Power In China Since Reform And Opening

As one of the most difficult concepts to grasp of the social sciences, ideology is always interweaves multi-dimensionally with the theory and practice, value and ration, maintenance and criticism, and closely linked with the party’s fate, national security, national cohesion and centripetal force. In the process of the socialist revolution, construction, reform and development,"Ideological construction" has always been a major theoretical and practical issue which is attached great importance to and related to the state of the party and the country. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, it has been sixty years old. Although the object, scope, method, carrier and links of the ideological publicity and education work have changed a lot, the basic task and fundamental goal of ideological work haven’t changed, also can’t be changed. On August19th,2013, Xi Jinping elaborated profoundly the important position and role of ideological work in the national conference on propaganda and ideological work, emphasized on economic construction work was the center and ideological work was an important work of a party. Historical experience in the past shows that, powerful ideology is the "booster" in stabilizing the society, condensing the hearts and minds, ensuring the development, which has fundamental, global and strategic significance to the whole country and society. Grasping the ideological discourse power firmly is the basic requirements in playing out the functions in lead, ascension, explanation, transformation, integration, cohesion, maintenance, criticism of mainstream ideology, and doing ideological work under the new historical conditions.This paper is guided by the Marxist theory of ideology, puts the practice of the socialist construction and the reform movement as the grand historical context, puts the practice activity itself of ideological construction as the study object, inspects and analyzes the practice, the basic direction and motivation of the ideological discourse power from the reform and opening tentatively, analyzes the international, domestic challenge and word of the limitations of its existence of ideological discourse power in China intensively, finally put forward some countermeasures and solutions to constructing the ideological discourse power, grasping the overall situation and operation logic of the construction of ideological discourse power in our country from the reform and opening.First, this paper clarifies and summarizes the basic theoretical questions of construction of the ideological discourse power in the process of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and reform. This part of content is mainly concentrated in the first and second chapter in this paper. Understanding the concept and connotation of itself is the logical premise of problem study. Research of ideological discourse power couldn’t stay away with the three basic concepts, which are named with "ideology","discourse right" and" Ideological discourse power". Digging the basic connotations of ideology and ideological discourse power deeply, understanding the relationship between ideological discourse power and other major types of discourse power, it can help us understand the problem of ideological discourse power preferably. This paper puts the problem of ideological discourse as an international phenomenon and world sport, explores the understanding and awareness of ideology discourse power in the eyes of western scholars, looks for the philosophical basis and theoretical origin of the ideological discourse power from the Marxist classics, and grasps the essential attribute of ideological discourse power in the context of Chinese communist party on the basis of careful and comprehensive analysis of the theory.Secondly, the paper organizes and analyzes the overall situation of the evolution of ideological discourse power in our country from the reform and opening. Since the reform and opening, with the accelerating the process of socialist construction and reform, the object, scope, method, carrier and link of the ideological work have changed a lot, the components of ideological discourse power have been a historic change, such as discourse subject, discourse theme and discourse carrier. This paper summarizes the historical evolution of Marxist ideology discourse power in China as a whole, then analyzes of the specific performance of the evolution of ideological discourse power in our country from the reform and opening in four aspects:the changes of "identity of the threshold" about discourse, the new discourse platform opened by the new media, the mandatory color of discourse begin to fade, the "popular" characteristics of the mode of discourse emerges slowly. And then ascribes this evolution to the profound change of the social structure and social relations, the push of market economy and the sharp differentiation of the pattern of interest, the rapid disintegration of the traditional concepts and the multiple coexistence of the cultural value and so on.Once again, this paper analyzes and judges the challenges of discourse of ideological discourse power in our country from the reform and opening. From the perspective of international, the slander and reproach of Marxism brought by the low tide of the international communist movement, the western discourse hegemony under the background of globalization, the network ideological discourse offensive of the west in information age etc, are important strategies and means by the west in invasion and infiltration to the China all-round, multi-level and multi-angle, trying to shake Marxist belief and socialist beliefs in China, dispelling the influence, cohesion and centripetal force of Marxist ideology. Looking from the domestic, all kinds of mainstream discourse, the diverse society ideological trend, and many kinds of erroneous tendencies of Marxism eliminating all squeeze the Marxist discourse space seriously; make the Marxist discourse in danger of decay and weakening. The objective gap between the advantages of Marxist discourse and the reality form of socialism, lack of rationality of agenda setting of Marxist and the difficulty of words to express itself are limitations of ideological discourse power in our country, seriously affect the image and status of Marxism in the eyes of people, make social integration function of Marxist ideology was greatly restricted.Then, on the basis of clear understanding of the importance of the construction of ideological discourse power, this paper puts forward three basic principles of constructing ideology discourse power:dialogue and stick to, inheritance and innovation, tolerance and criticism.Finally, put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures to construct the ideological discourse power in our country tentatively. This chapter is the foothold and end-result of this article. On the basis of summarization of the main features of the current ideological discourse power in our country, this paper discusses that the theory of consciousness of Chinese Communist Party, in other words, the theory of consciousness of learning, using and developing of Marxism ideological theory, plays the part in constructing the ideological discourse power. And then put forward specific paths in focusing on discourse subjects, setting the discourse theme and innovating discourse carrier, etc.
