The Study Of Laos Policy To China In The Early21^st Century

In the21st century, Laos and China have a good relationship,becauseof the twoleadersof the partyand the governmentsupportedapproaches are;“good-neighborly friendship, mutual trust andlong-termstabilityand comprehensive cooperation”and the four policies are“goodneighbors, good friends, good partners and goodcomrade”.InApril25,1961,LaosandChinaestablisheddiplomaticrelationship.Butin1970sto1980s,there wasa tortuousrelationship. In1989the oldrelationship began to restore full normalization, cooperation between thetwo countries has been fully restored and developed, both countries’leaders frequently visit. It reflect the two countries’friendly exchanges andcooperation in politics, economy, military, and culture. Especially in2000after the two countries further development in the political relations, theleaders of the two countries visited on a regular basis and had a solidfoundation, both countries uphold the party’s leaders,follow Marxism andSocialism, the two countriesadhere the peaceful development, efforts toimprove the people’s standard of living, two countries have faced thesimilar problems. The text is divided into five chapters, as follows:The first chapteris the history of Lao-Chinese policy, divided intotwoparts, the first part is thebeginning of the1960stothe early1980s of Lao-Chinese policy, analyzed themain elements of the policy, the maincharacteristics and the effect ofpolicy implementation; the second part is1990stothe21stcentury,analyzed the effect of Lao-Chinese policy.Next chapteris the discussion in theearly21stcentury of Lao-Chinesepolicy from domestic to international relationship development background.The third chapter analyzes the main contents of the Lao-Chinesepolicy in21stCentury from the aspects of politics, economy and culture.The fourth chapteranalyzed the problems of in the early21stCentury.The lastchapter isanalyzedLao-Chinese policy, influencing factors ofLao-Chinese policy, followed the prediction of the development of Lao-Chinese policy.Dissertation used a lots of verification, analyzed historyofLao-Chinese policy development, useda quantitativeanalysis todiscuss themainof Lao-Chinese policy, and used a comparativeanalysisto discussthe startof Lao-Chinese policy, tortuous and change.
