This paper chooses “The prevention of juvenile delinquency on the perspective of moral thinking” as the theme of the study. And this is based on understandings about the correction and management of juvenile delinquency. The correction and management of juvenile delinquency is based on prevention, which can be divided into three realms: left unchecked model characterized by unwittingly; judicial correction model characterized by hindsight and education correction model characterized by foresight. This triple realm not only represents the three stages of corrections, they also expressed the three visions of correction work. Wherein the foresight looks into youth themselves, they can realize their own problems, anticipate problems and prevent problems before the formation of internal system, which is the ultimate goal of the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Moral thinking is such a foresight ability, as an important factor in controlling adolescent cognitive, emotion and behavior, if it was left unchecked, even interrupted, it will inevitably lead to criminal behavior.This article aims to reveal the theoretical value and significance of moral thinking in the prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency. Under the perspective of moral thinking of juvenile delinquency and crime prevention strategies correction. Proposed program aiming at the neglect of the individual juvenile delinquents, especially ignoring the status of its self-correcting ability.The main research paradigm of “The prevention of juvenile delinquency on the perspective of moral thinking” is transferred inside from the outside, from negative to positive, and transferring judging right to adolescents, returning feeling right to teenagers and giving action right to young people. In this way, we can stimulate their prevention potential. Teenagers are exposed to moral dilemmas and feelings of interpersonal conflicts, ultimately, they can obtain the ability of moral thought, moral dilemmas and resolve interpersonal conflicts.The main lines of this research are as follows. Excavate teenagers’ internal positive factors, and develop them, utilize them, amply them, so as to achieve the purpose of the prevention of crime. Under moral perspective thinking, juvenile delinquency prevention research not only solve the problems which exist, but also work for the future development of young people, not in a negative confrontation, but rather in creating a positive future. Moral thinking can internalize the externalization, and in this transformation process, the external moral dilemma and interpersonal conflicts can be eased, and the negative factors give the conversion, which is also the innovative part in the research of “The prevention of juvenile delinquency on the perspective of moral thinking”. Specifically, this study can be divided into three parts:(1)Moral thinking is the core personal moral energy. From the condition for the existence of moral thinking, the definition of it, the analysis of relevant factors and the discussion of moral thinking under multidisciplinary perspective. The degree moral thinking determines a man how to choose and how to act. The development of individual moral thinking spirals with age and its own environmental impact. The development of moral thinking of young people plays an important role in their whole life. There is a critical period in the development of individual’s moral thinking. Although scholars through a large demonstration on the stage of development of moral thinking in aspect of individuals’ age division, but in real life, the individual will exhibit moral thinking development in leading or lagging status. It is worth noting that, although the moral thinking to get people to identify with the suffering of others, but it’s still not as good as his own personal experience as profound. This requires the ability of moral thinking of adolescents. Thereby overcoming many difficulties in moral thinking.(2)In the relationship between morality thinking and juvenile crime, I used empirical research methods to analyze the development of moral thinking and related factors of populations of juvenile delinquents. From the research results we can see that the lowest level of P fraction is 0, the highest is 0.95. All participants does not exceed the value of 1, it is in a pretty low level. The average of C fraction is 20.0879, the lowest it’s level is 0.62 and the highest of it is 61.17. Moral thinking development of young people belongs to lower levels of crime, it needs to attract academic attention. This study also demonstrates the relevance of moral thinking and the juvenile delinquency in theoretical aspects, that is the prevention of juvenile delinquency benefits the correction of adolescents’ educational management, and preventable of moral thinking ethical thinking ’s “reverse mirror” phenomenon. I exposed juvenile delinquents to ordinary youth groups for analysis and research, because different groups have different issues, ultimately, it is a human problem, not exclude the evil of humanity itself. To achieve the purpose of prevention of juvenile delinquency, we need to analyze from the man’s own internal structure, and try to overcome the weakness of human nature. The result of the study is that moral education is an effective countermeasure thinking of juvenile delinquency prevention research, which is one of the main innovations of this study.(3)Countermeasures of the prevention of juvenile delinquency on the perspective of moral thinking will embody moral philosophy and apply it into the field of adolescent self-cultivation, family upbringing, school moral education and judicial redress. Not only searching for a certain kind of specific ways and means of crime prevention, but also building a prevention theory. The nature of educational practice of moral thinking is focus on the moral development, and the ability of dealing with ethical dilemmas and interpersonal conflicts. On the basis of following individual’s moral thinking activity and internal operation mechanism, I discussed around teenagers of different stages and of different fields. No matter in terms of areas of adolescents themselves, family condition, school environment or the administration of justice, the ultimate aim is to foster ethical thinking ability. This kind of study is problem-oriented, and it can transcend disciplines, integrating a variety of forces, resources, knowledge and technology, seeking to cross international cooperation.(4) The prevention of juvenile delinquency on the perspective of moral thinking aiming at the traditional relationship between the offender and justice among nations committed to the transformation of social relations between the interpersonal. Seek interaction between public and private rights. Making the perpetrators, victims, other social relationships as core elements of the crime problems. Looking for a more effective juvenile correctional policy beyond the penalty on a softer approach. This way of transferring crime from the national level of power and pressure, to the path of moral dilemmas and conflicts between people. so as to see the most brilliant aspect of human nature. This is another innovation of this paper.The study appears in dealing with juvenile delinquency, it is truly conducting a discussion of good and evil. I believe that any moral conflicts and interpersonal conflicts all spearhead a problem: how should the human live. Moral thinking provided a path to resolve conflicts for people. Its essence is basic understanding and forgiveness. People are the most tolerant and kind to themselves. There is nothing they can not solve if mankind will internalize their external contradictions. Human needs to come across difference, inequality and incompatible so as to see the most brilliant aspect of human nature. This is the mission of moral thought itself.In short, moral thinking has such a power which will transform or eliminate all the negative forces and this is the most needed power in preventing juvenile delinquency. I believe that moral thinking is such a scientific and effective method which can make teenagers make use of its ability to control moral thinking and to solve a variety of complex ethical issues encountered in the process of growth. It also reflects the enthusiasm of academic research, the awareness of humanistic care and the protection of juvenile delinquents. It also in line with the characteristics of physical and mental development of young people.
