Practical Study On The Participation Of The Communist Youth League In The Prevention Of Juvenile Delinquency And Crime In H Town,Dongguan City

In recent 20 years,the rapid economic growth of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province and the rapid increase of the migrant population have also brought many unstable factors,among which the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is on the rise and has the trend of spreading to the younger age.In 2013,the Youth League Committee of Guangdong Province proposed Dongguan as the province’s key juvenile delinquency prevention pilot city,to explore the key juvenile delinquency prevention work.The H Town Communist Youth League in Dongguan has taken various forms of active participation in the prevention of juvenile delinquency,which has achieved initial results,but it has also encountered some difficulties and problems to be solved.The participation of the H Town Communist Youth League in the research on the prevention of key juvenile delinquency is of great significance in reducing the rate of key juvenile delinquency.At the same time,it is important for the H Town Party Committee and government to grasp the dynamics and laws of key juvenile delinquency,the implementation of effective preventive measures provides innovative ideas and decision-making thinking.Based on the theory of Local Government Governance,the theory of Social Integration and support,and the theory of crime sociological theory,this paper focuses on the prevention of juvenile delinquency by the H Town Communist Youth League in Dongguan,by using the method of Literature Research,Field Research and observation and interview,this paper analyzes the causes of the key juvenile delinquency in H Town of Dongguan and the problems encountered in the process of participating in the prevention work,and makes a clear division and research,to propose the improvement countermeasure to the key juvenile delinquency prevention work of the H Town Communist Youth League in Dongguan.Through sorting out the situation of the key juvenile delinquency in h town,this paper analyzes the causes of the key juvenile delinquency in H Town,and studies the mechanism and various measures for the Communist Youth League to participate in the prevention work,it can effectively reduce the rate of juvenile delinquency in h town,and make positive contribution to the stability of the society and the Party Committee and government.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide effective experience for the prevention of key juvenile delinquency in H town,and contribute to the promotion of the practice of key juvenile delinquency in H town.
