The Research Of Ideological Construction Of CPC Under The New Historical Conditions

During the past 90 years in promoting the course of history in Party building, CCP has placed tightening the switch on ideology as number-one priority and successfully explored a set of ideological Party construction operating mode which suits the reality of Chinese and Party building. Due to the solid ideological line, CCP has always maintained the vanguard nature of the proletarian party. Meanwhile, with overcoming all difficulties and obstacles, CCP has become the backbone of the people of the country and lead them to make great achievements in revolution, construction and reform. To run the party strictly under new historical conditions, CCP must inherit the fine tradition and valuable experience of strengthening ideological Party construction and fulfill that fundamental project with high level of political consciousness. Only then can it be the staunch core of leadership on building moderately prosperous society and realizing Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation.Concerning and deepening the research on ideological Party construction, it is not only a theoretical requirement on continuously deepen that research under the new historical conditions but also a firm guarantee for building moderately prosperous society, comprehensively deepening reform and the rule of law during critical periods. What’s more, it’s the reality demand to tighten the switch to run the party strictly in the informative and internationalized era. The research is urgent and important both from the theoretical level and practical need. From the theoretical point of view, it’s the necessary requirement in improving the times and science of the research on ideological Party construction, exploring the forming mechanism and developmental trajectories, realizing the organic synthesis of historical materialism and scientific epistemology as well as promoting innovation and development on the theories of ideological and political education. From the practical point of view, the research is beneficial not only to unify inner-party ideology and condenses the consensus, to enhance the awareness of the party members and cohesive the spiritual strength but to maintain the unity of the party as well as improve the harmony within the Party and that improve the quality of party members along with playing the pioneering role.This article carries on a deep and systematic analysis of the problem about CCP ideological Party construction, especially under the new historical conditions, from the following six aspects: the theoretical system, the development-evolvement and the historical experience, the analysis of the strategic situation, the main problems, the proposal and interpretation of the goals as well as the innovation path to strengthen the ideological Party construction in future.In chapter one, the article firstly analyzes the ideological Party construction theories, including deep research into the basic concepts and elements, the fundamental function and rightful position as well as the internal relation and synergy with the system of the party and so on.On the basis of above, it’s essential to summarize the exploration course and historical experience. In chapter two, the article focuses on the trace to source. Firstly, the author will review the Marxist classical writers-Marx, Engels and Lenin’s explorations on theory and practice concerning ideological Party construction. And then it has reviewed the historical exploration on ideological Party construction, represented mainly by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping. Therefore, four basic experiences can be derived: must put the ideological Party construction in the first place during party building, must adhere to build the party with scientific theory guiding ideology, must advance ideological Party construction around the political line and must enhance the effectiveness.In chapter three, the article analyzes the strategy on ideological Party construction under new historical conditions. And new opportunities and challenges are suggested from four factors: information network, economic globalization, diversification of economy and pluralism of culture. The new opportunities on ideological Party construction consist of four aspects: First: The new medium and form provided by information network; Second: Solid material foundation and more convenient condition by economic globalization; Third: Gain new impetus and present new requirements by diversification of economy; Fourth: Provide new resources and explore the new perspective by pluralism of culture. The main features of the new challenges include: First: The mainstream ideology of the party and leaders’ moral personality by information network; Second: Convenient channel to propagate diverse social thoughts and the western countries’ “peaceful evolution” by economic globalization; Third: Erosion of the ideological root and the problem of mental imbalances on party members by diversification of economy; Fourth: Political belief maze and vulgar aesthetic taste by pluralism of culture.In chapter four, the article summarizes the problems of ideological Party construction under new historical conditions. Through empirical analysis, the research takes 5 provincial government Party member troops of X Province as the sample. And the following variables are discussed: structural conditions(age structure, gender structure, party standing structure and academic structure), study status(frequency, learning content, learning methods and learning effect) and mind(ideology and faith, life value, ethics quality, legal consciousness and psychological status). On the basis of field research and the analysis of questionnaire data, there have been a variety of obstacles and difficulties in the process of ideological Party construction. From the basis of ideological Party construction, the main problems are to improve the structure and management of Party members. From the carrier of ideological Party construction, the use of the platform of network education is inadequate and the community education network is incomplete. From the content, it’s overly focused on uniform requirement rather than varying from person to person. From the method, the new methods by learning and training couldn’t be fully utilized and they value theory more than practice. Moreover, from the mechanism, it should be amplified from dynamic mechanism, leading mechanism, supervision mechanism, assessment mechanism and safeguard mechanism. Last, from the environment, it’s necessary to optimize the environment of economy, politics and culture. Based on the above analysis, the chapter five establishes the new objective system on the ideological Party construction under new historical conditions. And the measure system has been developed through significance and basis. The hierarchical structure and system structure have been constructed by analyzing the main features of ideological Party construction. From the view of hierarchical structure, it can be divided into macro target, medium target and micro target according to spatial dimension. And it can be classified into near-term target, medium-term goal and long-term goal in terms of time dimension. As the system of content, it includes five aspects: increasing the ideological understanding, strengthening political concentration, solidifying the moral base, setting up the legal thinking and cultivating the healthy psychology.The article will put forward countermeasures according to the problems and objectives. In chapter six, an innovative path has been designed to ideological Party construction under new historical conditions. As a long-term, complex and systematic engineering, its function of regulation and guidance includes: constructing theories, shaping values, enhancing the identity and adjusting psychology. Pursuing the ideological Party construction under new historical conditions, it’s not only to face the challenges and problems but to take classical Marxist writers and historical experiences since the founding of CCP as example. Through taking the Marxist theory as a guide, combining the changes of history of CCP and focusing on the Party’s central work, the author has tried to seek the specific path on strengthening ideological Party construction. Starting with basic principle, pattern constructing, operating mechanism and external environment, the article has mainly made a systematical verification and design with regard to the innovative path and means of strengthening ideological Party construction under new historical conditions.Due to the exploratory and innovative research on ideological Party construction, the article tries to explain the basic concepts and elements, essential function and rightful place as well as the internal relation and synergy with the system of the party thoroughly. Meanwhile the article has made a systematical verification and design with regard to the innovative path and means of strengthening ideological Party construction under new historical conditions. What’s more, in order to integrate ideological and political education into the theory, the author will make related analysis based on full-potential, multi-perspective views and multi-disciplinary theories.
