Study On The Party’s Purity Construction In The Horizon Of Ideological And Political Education

January9th,2012, Comrade Hu Jintao highlighted in the seventh plenarysession of the17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, that we haveto practically cultivate all the work of maintaining the Party’s purity and weshould always promote the construction of a clean and honest government andalways struggle with corruption.“Purity construction” was firstly included in themain line of Party building in the eighteenth National People’s Congress reportwhich pointed out the prospects and the direction of Party building. China is inthe critical period of building a comprehensive well-off society and in a difficultyperiod of deepening the reform and accelerating the transformation of economicdevelopment for the new time and new stage,“Four tests” and “Four crises”which is faced with the Party are even more prominent. Maintaining the Party’sadvanced nature and purity is not only beneficial for effectively resolving variouscontradictions in the reform and opening-up and the modernization construction,facing all kinds of challenges, promoting the great project of Party building; butalso it is beneficial for consolidating the foundation of Party’s ruling positioncontinuously; as well as it is beneficial for finishing the construction of amoderately prosperous society led by the Party on a day quite soon, promotingthe socialist modernization and achieving the great rejuvenation of Chinesenation.The research process of the paper which is based on the background ofdomestic and international experience, aiming to provide material for paperwriting through information inquiry and research. Firstly, the paper discusses thepurity building theory and ideological political education theory of the CPC,clarifying the connotation of the Party’s building, definiting the content of theParty’s purity building, aiming to lay the consolidated theoretical foundation ofthe Party’s purity building, from the discourse on the Party’s purity of the classical Marxist writers and Chinese proletarian revolutionists. Secondly, itreviews the historical practice of the Communist Party of China in differentperiods such as revolution, construction and reform of the purity of the building,it also concisely summarizes the basic experience of the purity of the Partybuilding and provides a reference for the construction of the Party’s purity in newperiod. Thirdly, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, itsummarizes the current Party’s purity problems in construction and analyzes ofthe reasons deeply, then it proposes a solution by making use of the ideologicaland political education to enrich and improve the purity of the construction,Furthermore, through effective education and guidance, developed practice,publicity of public opinion, cultural influence, institutional gurantee and otherspecific systems, contenting with the basic requirements of the purity of the Partybuilding permeates into the whole process of Party’s building, and enhancing themajority Party members to maintain the purity of consciousness andsustainability of purity. In order to make the conscience of Party’s purity fill inParty members’ mind and behaviors. Finally, exteriorize the Party’s purity asParty members’ behaviors, enhancing the construction level of the Party’s purity,aiming to achieve the political motives of consoliditing the foundation of theParty’s ruling position, as well as enhancing the Party’s administration ability.
