Sports training team offers a platform on which the individual could make best use of his ability and cooperate with each other to achieve the merging of individual wisdom and the wisdom of collectives to solve the contradictions of the "division" and "intergration" in the process of the development of sports training specialization.’4. At present, the operation effect of China’s advanced athletics training team is difficult to meet the scientific needs of the modern high-level athletics training. High-level track and field training team is capable to meet the daily requirements of advanced scientific training of athletics, to ensure the normalization of the scientific training.
