What kind of people should we cultivate and how to do always are the fundamental problem that we must address well in developing socialist education enterprise in our country. Correct understanding and well solving, concern the stability and security of Party and Country, and concern the fate of the Chinese nation. College students are valuable talent resource of the Party and State, and are the hope of the nation, and are the future of our motherland. To strengthen and improve ideological and political education is the urgent need to ensure the heir of our Party’s cause, and is the urgent need to comprehensively construct well-off society and realize the great rejuvenation of the China, also, it is the urgent need of the students’ healthy growth. Since the reform and opening, especially in recent years, the Party and the State has always attached great importance to college students’ ideological and political education. So College students’ ideological and political education strengthened in improvement and developed in innovation. The whole work develops at a new historical level. Age is in progress and practice is in development. With the advancement of college students’ ideological and political education, how to enhance the work of college students’ ideological and political education with scientific attitude, scientific thinking and scientific method, in order to form the institutionalization and standardization of college students’ ideological and political education practice and promote the scientific level of ideological and political education work, gradually becomes the profound proposition putted forward by practical process, also increasingly turns into a theory and practice subject thinking about by the workers of ideological and political education. This paper bases on the basic theory of ideological and political education, and involves in the scientific research of college students’ ideological and political education, striving to explore scientific theory and cognitive standard for college students’ ideological and political education. Meanwhile, taking history as a mirror, the writer clears up scientific history for college students’ ideological and political education. On the basis of earnest analysis and research, the current of ideological and political education is faced with a series of new situation and new situation. So, In view of the current ideological and political education emerge in the process of scientific problems, the writer puts forward several scientific paths in several aspects, such as the mainstream value, education idea, the top-level design, team construction, course construction, the overall force and so on. On the basis of above-mentioned research, the writer tentatively explores the scientific future development tendency of college students’ ideological and political education, and make reasonable judgment on the working mechanism of college students’ ideological and political situation, as well as the ideological and political education discipline research direction and trend. The writer hopes to make theoretical research and academic support on the scientific and standardized and institutionalized college students’ ideological and political education practice. In that case, the writer can make his own efforts to promote the development of college students’ ideological and political education on theory and practice.The proposition of scientific college students’ ideological and political education is broad and inclusive which contains the scientific problems of ideological and political education theory, and composed of ideological and political education content and scientific internal logic problems, and the ideological and political education work practice scientific problems and so on. This paper focuses on the work and practical level, which mainly involves in the scientific aspects of ideological and political education to college students, and the research perspectives and theoretical framework center on practice activities of the college students’ ideological and political education. The research of this paper insists on the unity of theory and practice, history and reality, not only relies on the basic theories of ideological and political education closely, but also links theory with practice, and focus on the actual process in the practice development; not only views from history, sorting out the evolution process of scientific studies on college students’ ideological and political education, adhering to take the history as a mirror, and integrates the research perspectives with the current social realities, highlight the pertinence and effectiveness of the study.As a fresh practical activity, college students’ ideological and political education is an important part of the field of social practice. To understand the scientific management of ideological and political education to college students, we should understand the relationship between science and scientific management, scientific management and scientific nature, and scientific management and experience. To promote the scientific management of ideological and political education to college students, the scientific management of students’ ideological and political education should be placed in a social, political, cultural and theoretical macroscopic background to study, from a different point of view to see college students’ideological and political education itself and influence the scientific management has brings, which is also a cognitive perspective the college students ideological and political education should have.Research the scientific management of the ideological and political education to college students needs a basic criteria to judge whether scientific and or not. Through research and thought, the evaluation of the scientific management of ideological and political education to college students should at least include four criteria:in accordance with law,4of practical, professional and expert, the synchronous development theory and practice. To promote the realization of scientific management of college students’ideological and political education, there are many kinds of route choices, but we should choose to apply. Therefore, the paper argues that the route choice on college students’ ideological and political education scientific should adhere to a few basic principles:political, fundamental, integrity and the operational principle.The scientific research on the ideological and political education of college students, does not deny all previous practice, it is aimed at the shortcomings and problems in the practice process of the research, to put forward the realization path which is more reasonable and effective. Therefore, adhere to integrate the history and reality, history, based on the present, is an important research method of this article. Through the analysis and study of the history, the scientific development of college students’ideological and political education experienced a relatively tortuous process, which has also accumulated rich and valuable experience, providing an important historical reference for advancing the science of Ideological and political education of college students. The reality is both vivid and concrete. To promote the scientific ideological and political education of college students, we must not only have a correct understanding of the historical azimuth of Ideological and political education, the present good opportunities for development, but also clearly see realistic difficulties and challenges we face, and at the same time, we should have a serious research on thought features and ideological and political status of our education object, to have a definite object in view, enhance pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education, and then to improve the actual effect of education, as well as promote the process of scientific practice.On the basis of the research that the theory about ideological and political education and college students’ ideological and political education with the scientific cognitive perspective and cognitive standard, by means of the analysis on the historical cognition and realistic basis from the scientific of college students’ ideological and political education, this paper presents a overall implementation path for the scientific ideological and political education. This paper makes theoretical design on the practical implementation level for the scientific of college students’ ideological and political education from several aspect, such as scientific thinking, scientific education idea, the system of scientific design, content, method, scientific construction, the scientific discipline construction as well as how to build the scientific together and so on. These paths are the key to promote scientific ideological and political education, are cientifically important link in the process of implementation, which can play an extremely important role. The realization of scientific path is endless, and some path or more path may need further mining and exploration which will be the direction of further research that we need to make continuous effort.
