Technique is one of the core competitive ability of long jump athletes, but also an effective way to improve athletic performance in long jump, account for a large proportion of the training practice. Long Jump technical training, monitoring, research and practice of control is an important part of the long jump research projects, this study the use of literature, expert investigation, motion video capture and analytical method and case study method, combined with the team to observe the process and records to long jump key technologies as an entry point to the long jump athlete training monitoring technique for the study, the National Track and Field Championships in 2014 in Hangzhou station, Jinan station and jump group race for the top six Jumpers technique research samples to Beijing University of Physical Education men’s track and field team school level athletes Zhang Yang Feng empirical analysis for technical monitoring object monitoring process to explore the long jump technique training, and get the following conclusions:1、Long Jumpers kinematics monitoring system is based on technical training for the theoretical basis of science, technique goals by Long Jumpers model train control technique to diagnose and composed of three main components. Technical monitoring process based coaches and scientists led by the reality of the state of the object’s kinematics means continuous monitoring, inspection and evaluation, and based on a comprehensive analysis of information on the state of the object and determine the control scheme, in order to achieve the established training objectives the active process.2、Long Jumpers kinematics monitoring system is based on technical training for the theoretical basis of science, technique goals by Long Jumpers model train control technique to diagnose and composed of three main components. Technical monitoring process based coaches and scientists led by the reality of the state of the object’s kinematics means continuous monitoring, inspection and evaluation, and based on a comprehensive analysis of information on the state of the object and determine the control scheme, in order to achieve the established training objectives the active process.3、By measuring the elite athletes key technical indicator data, the use of the index system was constructed long jump key technique models. The model includes the long jump technique kinematic characteristics of each stage, the index sort, index weight and level. Accurately grasp the issue in favor of coaches and training key aspects of technique exists when athletes key technologies for technical diagnostics, targeted implementation of training control.4、The core technique model using on monitoring practice case studies in long jump athletes and identify the athletes’technical problems through model diagnostics and eigenvalues diagnostics, targeted technical training to set goals and form a control program to control. After two stages of training monitoring, technical indicators have improved athletic performance has improved significantly. Instructions for individual players to establish appropriate technical models, and can effectively improve the athlete training monitoring technique, and improve athletic performance.
