Objectives:Effects and mechanism of living high training high on body weight and lipid metabolism in obese rats were studied from the perspective of lipoprotein, fatty acid transport, synthesis, decomposition, oxidation, adipocytokines, hormones and PPARα.Methods:This study established a living high training high0-4week model of obese rats, including13groups:control group(0week), living high training high(HiHi)1、2、3、4week group, living low training low(LoLo)1、2、3、4week group, living high no training(LH)1、2、3、4week group; rats run on the treadmill at25m/min in LoLo and20m/min in HiHi, lh/d,6d/w,1-4w.Results:1) HiHi significantly reduced the Leemin in LoLo and20m/min in HiHi, lh/d,6d/w,1-4w. groups:control group(0week), living high training high (HiHi) lid transport, synthen2-4week;2) HiHi significantly reduced theTC、TG and improved HDL of obese rats in3,4weeks, and the effect was better than LoLo and LH in4th week. Higher level of LPL、 ApoAⅠ、ApoAⅡ, and lower level of ApoB100, ApoCIII participated in the regulation of lipoprotein metabolism.3)Compared with LoLo, HiHi significantly decreased liver FAS mRNA, increased ATGL mRNA and HSL of adipose tissue in3rd week; HiHi significantly improved CPT-1mRNA and FAT/CD36mRNA of gastrocnemius muscle more than LoLo in4week. Hypoxic training significantly decreased liver FABP and FATP more than LoLo in2-4week.4) HiHi significantly increased leptin, leptin receptor and adiponectin, reduced visfatin levels more than LoLo in3-4weeks.5) HiHi elevated serum glucagon and epinephrine, growth hormone, lowered insulin and thyroid hormone in3-4weeks;6) HiHi significantly improved PPARa. mRNA of gastrocnemius muscle in3week, and more than that of LoLo in3weeK.Conclusion:HiHi significantly increased leptin, leptin receptor and adiponectin, glucagon and epinephrine, growth hormone, reduced visfatin, insulin and thyroid hormone levels more than LoLo in3-4weeks. Under the adjustment, HiHi improved blood lipid metabolism, inhibited fatty acid synthesis and transpot and promoted lipolysis and oxidation more than LoLo in3-4weeks. As a result, negative balance of fat metabolism leaded to reduce body fat and lee’s index.
