Research purposes:This study through eight weeks high-intensity intermittent training intervention were observed before and after exercise obese female college students body composition,blood lipid four,interleukin 6(IL-6),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and a series of body shape index and the change of blood biochemical indexes,to investigate the effect reducing weight of high-intensity intermittent training and the influence on the body fat metabolism and inflammatory factor,for obese people to lose weight and improve body function to provide experimental basis.Objective:to recruit obese female college students with a body fat rate of more than 30%.Age:19.4±1.27 years old,height 157.5±2.98cm,weight 56.1±3.79kg.Subjects were required to have no cardiovascular disease,endocrine disorders or other contraindications,and no family history of genetic obesity.After the training,10 people received the complete data.Methods:the subjects were given a high-intensity interval training intervention of3-4 times a week for eight weeks.The subjects used the RUNNER(run-7410)to RUN the treadmill test,using 85%to 100%HRmax intensity for 4 minutes,50%to60%HRmax intensity exercise for 3 minutes,and repeated four groups.Movement before and after intervention using South Korea's production Inbody3.0 height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat rate,body shape indexes such as measurement,using enzyme-linked immunoassay for lipid four(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),serum inflammatory cytokines(IL-6 and hs-CRP)indicators to measure.Research results:1.Changes of body shape indicators after 8 weeks of high intensity interval training.The weight,BMI,body fat rate,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio and other body shape indexes of obese female college students decreased significantly after eight weeks of high-intensity interval training intervention.Among them,the weight of 56.1±3.79 kg to 53.93±3.22 kg(P<0.01),BMI by 22.74±1.36 kg/m~2 fell to 21.85±1.07 kg/m~2(P<0.01),Fat%by 34.06±2.85%to 30.05±2.06%(P<0.01),waist circumference by 81.25±3.51 cm to 78.96±3.34 cm(P<0.01),hip circumference of 93.61±2.51 cm to 91.58±2.5 cm(P<0.01),waist-to-hip ratio by 0.87±0.20to 0.86±0.20(P<0.05).2.Changes in blood lipids after eight weeks of high-intensity interval training intervention.After eight weeks of high-intensity interval training intervention,the blood lipid metabolism of obese female college students was changed,with significant changes in TG and HDL-C.TG was decreased from 1.82±0.33mmol/L to 1.67±0.39mmol/L,and HDL-C increased from 1.06+0.16mmol/L to 1.27±0.25mmol/L.After eight weeks of high-intensity interval training,the TC and LDL-C levels were changed,but the changes were not significant,and there was no statistical significance.3.Changes of serum inflammatory factors after 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training.After eight weeks of high-intensity intermittent intervention,the serum inflammatory factors of obese female college students decreased significantly(P<0.01).Among them,IL-6 was reduced to 30.6 plus or minus 3.05pg/ml from 35.52±2.47pg/ml,and hs-CRP was reduced from 11.05±0.81mg/L to 9.06±1.00mg/L.4.Correlation analysis of serum inflammatory factors and waist circumference and body fat rate before and after 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training.The waist circumference and body fat rate of obese female college students were significantly positively correlated with IL-6 and hs-CRP before the intervention of eight-week high-intensity interval training.After intervention,the body fat rate of obese female college students was significantly positively correlated with IL-6 and hs-CRP,and the waist circumference was significantly positively correlated with hs-CRP,with the increase of body fat rate,and the increase of IL-6 and hs-CRP.Meanwhile,as the waistline increased,hs-CRP increased.Conclusion:1.Eight-week high-intensity interval training reduced the weight and body fat rate of obese female college students,and reduced waist circumference and hip circumference.High intensity interval training is positive for weight loss and body shape.2.Eight weeks high-intensity intermittent training reduces the obese female college students TG levels,improve the level of HDL-C,makes sense to improve blood lipid metabolism,but due to the short intervention time TC,LDL-C level,and no obvious change.It is speculated that the regular exercise will have a more positive effect on lipid metabolism.3.The obese female college students appeared mild inflammation,after eight weeks after high intensity intermittent training intervention,IL-6,hs-CRP levels drop,prompt long-term regular high-intensity intermittent training can effectively reduce the inflammation caused by obesity.4.IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly correlated with body fat rate and waist circumference in obese female college students.After eight weeks of high-intensity interval training,the body fat rate and waist circumference decreased,while IL-6 and hs-CRP levels also decreased significantly.It is suggested that the inflammatory response of obese people can be predicted by changes in body fat rate and waist circumference.
