The socialist core value system as the party and all ethnic groups unite and struggle for the common ideological basis, varies from a proposal to the consciously seeking and practicing, it needs to practice cognition practice again and again by knowing continuous internalization and externalization, particularly the need to achieve the key breakthroughs from theory to practice, such as how the socialist core value system change into the national education effectively? How the socialist core value system education organically integrate in the construction of the party and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization? etc. If the key link failed to break through, the educational function of the socialist core value system is hard to play. Comrade Yuan Guiren emphasizes, "put the socialist core value system into the whole process of classroom teaching." Meanwhile, the relationship between classroom teaching specialized courses and extra-curricular activities as well as the socialist core value system and teaching other subjects to discriminate between, and to the article "Teaching realization" and "teaching",located in the classroom teaching, that refers to the educational purposes and curriculum standards, curriculum content as an intermediary, in a certain time and space education teachers teach and students learn together constitute; would "Teaching achieve" object of study in Higher Education stage.Part II, the times implication of Socialist core value system and its educational function. First in the perspective of ontology, the socialist core value system of historical evolution, the content structure and its profound connotation are discussed, and then analyze the educational function and implementation mechanism of the socialist core value system.In this part, the socialist core value system contains political stability, economic boost, cultural education, social harmony and other basic functions, this part focuses on the study of the educational function of the socialist core value system, and from individual, group and social dimensions to be launched. The realization mechanism in the process of the socialist core value system to education function, is mainly based on the system theory, discussions in the perspectives of the interactive factors, education factors optimization, elements of the polymerization.Part Ⅲ, the theoretical basis of educational function of the socialist core value system in teaching implementation. In this part, through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, classroom observation method, examines the present stage of socialist core value system into the necessity of classroom teaching in Colleges and universities, the main practice and understanding of practice; and in-depth analysis of the socialist core value system into the classroom teaching of practical problems need to be solved, including how to pursue into the brain and heart of socialism the core value system of teaching? How did the teaching objective of socialist core value system give the value characteristics? How did the socialist core value system of teaching students take care of life? How to face the different teaching of socialist core value system? how to highlight the students’ subject consciousness based on the socialist core value system of teaching?
