It is the high cost of getting medical treatment and the difficulty ofgetting medical services that is bothering the livelihood of Chinese people. Therefore, establishing regional sharing platform of medical information isan important treasure to improve the current situation of squandering ofmedical resources, low efficiency of medical treatment, as well as high costof medical services. It is not only the priority of new healthcare reformpackage, but also the hot topic of medical informatization. The disunity of data standard and heterogenesis of information systemare few of the main problems during the process of informatization inmedical institutions. In this study, six affiliated hospitals and other medicalinstitutions were selected as subjects, in order to do the research onconstruction of information platform and data sharing of medicalinformation, as well as the cooperation of business flow. The purpose ofthis research is to establish a model of regional sharing platform of medicalinformation based on the middleware technology of data exchanging, andto explore the involving key technology of this model. The main contentswere as follows:1. correlating studies of regional sharing platform of medicalinformation at home and abroad were systematically analyzed, and keytechnologies such as IHE,HL7,EAI, and middleware applied inconstructing the platform were deeply studied. 2. A model of regional sharing platform of medical information, basedon the middleware technology of data exchanging, was designed tofundamentally resolve the problems during the transaction processingcaused by the difference of data format, data storage and data safety amongdifferent systems. The core fundamental component of the platform wasDESP, a middleware of data exchange. The architectural pattern of theplatform was SOA, and the access way, ESB.3. DSPG was created based on standard design of transport andexchange of medical information, in order to resolve the obstacles ofcooperative services caused by disunity of transport protocols utilized indifferent hospital information systems. The data protocols of differentformat in medical industry could be safely and efficiently exchanged byDSPG system, such as HL7、IHE、DICOM、CDA.4.Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) is the bond between each informationaccess point in Enterprise Information Integration(EAI) system. For needof this platform, The paper has designed a kind of Data ServiceBus(DSB).The DSB will work in the heterogeneous systems and the crossnetwork cooperation on using the message mechanism. The DSB will be setup through configuring these Beans that we have completed thedevelopment.5. A self-adaption measure of managing dynamic database connectionpool was put forward to accelerate the quick response and smooth transportof data during the exchange of different platform.6. A conversion algorithm of hetero data based on XML mode waspresented to realize the integration and exchange of data from differentdatabase, according to the mapping relation between XML mode andrelational database mode. 7. Basic functions of regional sharing of medical information havebeen achieved among six affiliated hospitals and several other medicalinstitutions in the same districts, for example, transferring of medicalinformation, transfer treatment of different hospitals, diagnosis andtreatment through appointment in different ways, multi-mode retrieving ofhealth records, sharing of examination results. The objective of this study was to explore the construction of regionalsharing and cooperative platform of medical services, in order to providereference for the information integration among group hospitals, tertiaryhospitals and community hospitals. Moreover, it could provide an exampleof sharing and cooperative medical services for other areas.
