Action Mechanism And Effect Assessment Of Regional Culture To Regional Economic Development

Regional economic growth is one of the themes of regional economics. The traditional economics tended to explore regional economic growth issues from the productive factors. However, culture or system which hidden behind the internal factors of economic development was rarely explored. It was difficult to explain the problem of long-term economic growth for the traditional economics. This paper argues that the non-traditional economic factors such as regional culture have important role for regional economic development. Therefore, this thesis presents that it is a new research field for regional economics to explore regional economic development from the perspective of regional culture.Under the background of“cultural shift”about global economic development, China is also experiencing rapid social, culture and economic transformation. The regional economic achieved rapid growth, and got significant achievements. While, because cultural transformation is lagged behind economic, the trail of regional development concepts, defect of policies and legal system have leaded to many serious problem such as moral decline, a general decline in social trust and so on. These have affected the healthy development of the regional economy. To solve these problems such as disorder between economic success and cultural development, and imbalance between cultural tradition and modern economic and other issues, this paper argues that it is significant research subject to explore interaction mechanism between regional economic and regional culture and research the strategies of the regional culture transformation and promote coordinated development between regional culture and regional economic development.Based on the demand of theoretical study and practical background, the paper put forward the main theme of regional economic effects of regional culture, and systematic analyze and evaluate the mechanism and action effects of regional economic effects of regional culture. Then the thesis takes Northeast in China for example and synthetically uses mathematical statistics method and other technology, and analyze the positive and negative regional economic development effects of Northeastern regional culture. At the same time, this paper summarize the mechanism of regional economic development, and evaluate effects of regional economic growth. Finally, the paper proposes regulatory pathways to promote coordinated development between Northeastern regional culture and regional economic development.
