The Analysis Of Northeast Old Industrial Base's Economic State Development Under The View Of Regional Economies Geography

After Central Party Committee and the State Council opened the southeast coast, and developed Great Northwest, promoting northeast industrial base is another major step, which is a significant decision of the comprehensive construction of affluent society and speeding up the modernization of balanced development. In10th, 2003,"the Central Committee of the CCP, the State Council about certain opinions of Implementing the developing strategies of the old industrial bases such as Northeast Industrial Base"(send the [2003]11 number) (here it refers to as "Certain Opinions") was issued, which clearly proposed the guiding principle, policy duties and operation policies of the implementing promotion strategy. The nation has formed a guiding group and a routine work office to undertake the work of promoting the old industrial bases, which are in the charge of Premier Wen Jiabao. According to State Council's unification, the national concerned Department takes measures to support the Northeast Old Industrial base'development positively. Three northeast provinces earnestly implement "Certain Opinions" spirits, plan carefully, and carry out vigorously. For more than two years, the work of promoting the Northeast old Industrial takes the solid step, which has realized the good opening. After more than two year practice, we have further faith in promoting the old industrial base, and simultaneously we also have a more sober understanding about the promotion difficulty and the complexity.The present paper is mainly composed of three parts:The first part carries on the elaboration of the related basic theories, including the brief history of regional geography development, the basic information of economic geography, the main branches of economic geography and so on, in oder to provide the supporting theories to study the cooperative research of three Northeast provinces'regional economic.The second part systematically analyzes the economy movement tendency of the three Northeast provinces, which includes the three provinces economy movement's essential features, the existed problems during economical movement, and the economical movement tendency and so on. And it clearly points out the main force factors of promoting the economy.The third part bases on strengthening the regional economic cooperation and speeding up the development of Northeast three provinces'integral economy. It summarizes the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the regional economic cooperation in Northeast three provinces, and it proposes the Northeast regional economic cooperation's basic principle, concrete methods and the questions which needs to pay attention to.This paper insists the research method of unifying the theory and practice, quota and the qualitative analysis. Using the theoretical knowledge of the regional economics, the economic geography and related discipline, this paper analyzes the old Northeast Industrial base's promotion as well as the three Northeast provinces'regional economies, by strengthening the region cooperation, in oder to develop northeast economy better.
