| Firstly, this article elaborates the Shanxi modern transportation economy. Shanxi is located in the middle reaches of the the Yellow River, in the early Paleolithic age had begun to build road. At the spring and autumn, the Jin as the most powerful overlord of northern China owe powerful economy, and traffic has been greatly developed, forming the Quartet traffic route in Taiyuan basin as a hub, postal system began to create. As the birthplace of Li Tang Dynasty, Shanxi economic development occupies countrywide front row, forming road traffic network from a "North" Taiyuan as the center to Changan〠Hebe〠Henan〠North cork〠Shanxi. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Shanxi station traffic developed, and both bottom-up set of traffic organization, established a relatively strict traffic system. After the revolution of1911, Shanxi under Yan Xishan began building Shanxi north-south highway, railroad and aviation industry also obtained the development.After the founding of new China, opened new page of transportation economic development history in the modern Shanxi. In1990’s expressway in Shanxi highway traffic show more striking energy. It shared channel transport task with railway and waterway, to provide timely, high frequency, safe and comfortable service, to meet demand of the industrial diversification and high quality transport. In2010, Shanxi province highway already broke through3000kilometer, but freeway development is not enough than other provinces in our country and other developed countries.Entering twenty-first Century, Expressway in Shanxi Province entered a period of rapid development, which has made tremendous contributions on Shanxi’s economic development, and has played a significant role in stimulating. The expressway construction in Shanxi province has a great influence to GDPã€employment〠finance income〠the adjustment of industrial structure.Specificity and function of highway and its transportation form decide the relationship that it is very close with region economy development, and the formation of expressway economic belt is the most prominent manifestation. Freeway economy belt can develop and integrate effectively resources along; improve and upgrade regional industrial structure; effectively to drive rural industrialization and the rapid development; promote the development of Tourism; drive the appreciation of land. At the same time, freeway economy belt construction is also put in a few respects restriction, such as investment and financing; network layout; management system.In view of the analysis on the expressway construction in Shanxi province, this paper points out the feasibility. At the same time, Shanxi province highway listed also needs policy support, including profit policy support measures and risk guarantee policy support. We hope that these suggestions can make Shanxi province highway construction to obtain great progress, effectively drives Shanxi to save economy fly in the round. |
