The Small and medium sized enterprises (SMSE) are those relatively smaller economic units according to the large enterprises with more clerks, more tangible in the same industry. In June18th2011, Industry and Informationization Department and other3departments issue a new circular to definite the concept of the small and medium sized enterprises in different industry.In recent years there many characteristics in the development of the SMSE such as improving the economy, increasing the science and technology proportion, activating the market. And accelerating the mobile information of the SMSE has become the common understanding. As a middle-level manager in China Mobile, the author selects this topic as the doctor’s degree paper fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility. And I will try my best to make the paper achievements helpful to raise the competition power of the SMSE.The main content of this paper includes5parts.1) the concept of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and the Mobile Information Demands2) the present condition of the Mobile Information Demands Distinguish3) the influence factors of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and the Mobile Information Demands4) the suppose on the Mobile Information Demands Distinguish Paths and the quantity hypothesis5) the Guidance Mechanism of the Small and Medium Sized EnterprisesFrom this paper, we can draw the following conclusions.No1.It is a helpful attempt to setting up the two dimensions table with one dimension is individual intrinsic factor and the other is outside environment factor. No2. The influence model of the individuals to the mobile service in this paper is reasonable and the method of the configuration equation is feasible.No3.Distinguish the key influence factors of the focus enterprises customers, the hot industry customers, the Loyalty customers.There are4innovations lie in this paper.1) concept innovationthe individual factors and the environment factors are the obvious progress mutually for the past achievement.2) model innovationbuild up small and medium enterprises mobile information-based demands concept model and do many relationship examinations. It enriches realm achievement3) in summary put forward a four step method to satisfy the small and medium enterprises’needs. Promote the strategy establishment of experience type to theory height.4) practice innovation.the choice of research model customers is complete and typical, considering the business enterprise personality in addition to community.
