With the deepening of the economic globalization,the competition between enterprises is become intense. How to increase enterprises'competitiveness so as to promote sustainable,healthy and efficient development,which is a realistic and pressing problem that enterprises faces. At the same time,thanks for the development of communication technology and the rapid popularization of intelligent terminals such as computer and mobile phone,information-oriented management has penetrated into all social fields and it can provide support and protection for increasing enterprises'competitiveness. Mobile company is an important information management platform for small and medium-sized enterprises.It can provide information management products for small and medium-sized enterprises.So this study is of practical significance.Text was applied to analyze the current conditions of SMEs' informationization home and abroad by means of literature search, investigation and analysis, and case studies etc. The current condition of Shandong SMEs'informatization shall be taken as an example to dissect the managing problems of SMEs'informatization:low penetration rate of enterprises'informationization in the beginning; monotony, lower activity and usage of informationized products; the scarcity of informationized construction team and professional and technical personnel; the lack of tailored and operable information programs; and the shortage of sustainability and balance of business investment of informationization.Shandong Mobile SME Information Management Product Marketing Program was promoted from aspects of the establishment of product marketing service system, product development management system, customer management supportive system, and workflow specification, which on the whole designed the ideas and implementation measures of Shandong Mobile SME Information Management Product Marketing. Moreover, the example of it confirmed that the product promotion of SMEs'informationization management well satisfied the business development needs.Finally, the author suggests the target and direction of information management products for small and medium-sized enterprises, linking up with the research and his experience, and predict the propects of development.
