Research On The Models Of Synchronously Supplying Components Based On ATO In Uncertain Context

In the context of uncertain supply of upstream multi component suppliers and uncertain demand of downstream customer in supply chain, researched a problem of how multi-suppliers horizontally supply components synchronously in assemble-to-order (ATO) system. Through investigation and survey in the enterprises and corresponding literatures reviewing, combating theoretical and empirical research methods, using qualitative and quantitative anlysis, systematicly presented a lot of models of synchronously supplying components from the view of multi-suppliers in upstream supply chain.Then proved them through mathematic deduction and Monte Carlo simulation methodology.The synchronous models could reduce inventory waste, improve the fulfillment rate of customer demand orders, increase the incomes of every partners, finally the whole supply chain achieved Pareto improvement.Firstly,in the two-level supply chain comprised of two uncertain component suppliers and one core manufacturer, presented three synchronously supplying models in the single period:minimum quantity,maximum quantity and optimal quantity, and two synchronously supplying models in the multiple periods:minimum quantity and optimal quantity. Compared and analysed the inventory loss variety and value differences among independent decision and different synchronously supplying models. The result showed:the three models in the single period could effectively reduce inventory cost waste of surplus components, decrease inventory loss cost of core manufacturer. But the maximum quantity model need bottleneck supplier to pay for the cost of expediting, and the value of optimal quantity model significantly depends on the factors of product profit, expediting cost and so on. The two models in the multiple periods optimized independent decision and facilitated the supplies participating.Secondly, considered the supply chain structure adopting the third party logistics (Supply-Hub) between suppliers and manufacturer, and presented two synchronously supplying models between supplier with random yield and supplier with stationary yield. And analysed the impact of different attitude preferences of the manufacturer to uncertainty on synchronously supplying.The study result showed:the spontaneous synchronous model of supplier with stationary yield could not optimize supply chain. And the horizontally synchronously supplying model which is directed by the third party logistics (Supply-Hub) could reduce the global loss of supply chain, but the effect depends on the shortage penalty cost of customer. The downside loss aversion preference of manufacturer would improve global inventory loss, but synchronously supplying could decrease the maximum of downside loss and relax the attitude. The holding aversion preference could reduce global inventory loss significantly and make the synchronously supplying more effectively. The shortage aversion preference made the synchronously supplying worthless and worsened the negative result of synchronously supplying. The completely information sharging of manufacturer made synchronously supplying reduce the cost of global inventory loss, whose value and effect are optimal.Finally, studied a policy of common component in the ATO system and presented common component supplier active synchronous model and global supply chain synchronous model based on "Secure Multi-Party Computation" contract under "last penalty". Compared and analysed the profit variety and value differences of every partners and whole supply chain before and after synchronously supplying. The result showed:the effect of common component policy is limited by the corresponding cost of common component. Only when the corresponding cost of common component is high and synchronous effort fator is low, the common component supplier active synchronous model is valuable.And the global synchronous model based on "Secure Multi-Party Computation" contract could optimize supply chain, while every partners did not fear the private and sensitive information disclosed, which would be more facilitated to realize the synchronously supplying.
