With the intensification of economic globalization,the scale of supply chain networks is constantly expanding,and the problems faced by supply chain management are gradually complicated.The production plan and inventory of any one enterprise on the network will affect the plans of other enterprises,which will affect the smooth operation of the entire supply chain.Therefore,Collaborative synchronization optimization of supply chain networks is very important.As a typical complex network system,the supply chain network has the characteristics of dynamic and complex nonlinear in structure,behavior,and environment.It abstracts the supply chain network into a complex network,and more and more attention is paid to the various characteristics of the supply chain network using complex network theory.This research based on the complex networks theory from logistics,business flow,decision-making flow,control flow and information flow of supply chain network"flow"often face in collaborative synchronization problems,search for the relationship between the "flow" of time delay and the coupling strength and the supply chain system,construct the collaborative synchronization model of complex supply chain network and apply it empirically.This paper firstly studies the topology characteristics of complex supply chain network and defines the topology properties of supply chain network,and analyzes the synchronization ability of supply chain network from the aspect of network topology.Secondly,the collaborative synchronization dynamics behavior of complex supply chain network is studied from the perspective of dynamics,and the collaborative synchronization model of complex supply chain network is constructed.The synchronization criterion and fast synchronization control method of the model as well as the interval measurement method of collaborative synchronization of complex supply chain network are explored.Finally,taking the automobile supply chain network as the research object,this paper explores the topological properties of the automobile supply chain network,analyzes its influence on the collaborative synchronization ability,and reveals the characteristics of the development of China's automobile supply chain network.On this basis,the cooperative synchronous dynamics behavior of automotive supply chain network is simulated.According to the development characteristics of automotive supply chain network and the synchronization simulation results,the synchronization optimization strategy and policy suggestions of automotive supply chain network are given.It plays an active role in improving the overall operational efficiency and quality of supply chain network.
