With the rapid development and the further application of the computerhardware,software and information technology in the geological prospectingfield,sophisticated technical conditions can solve the problem of geological explorationdata collection.The concept of the "Geology and Mineral ExplorationInformationization" was put forward since the mid-1980s, many experts and scholarshave carried out different degrees of theory and practice on geology explorationinformatization.However, the original data collection is still very difficult and importantthroughout geological prospecting business,and even is an important bottleneck that hadrestricted the long-term development of geology exploration digital and informationtechnology. How to solve this problem, effectively reduce the duplication of datacollection, data sharing, and improve the efficiency of geological exploration, hasbecome an urgent process of information construction. To solve the problem, we startfrom the basic work, carefully study the actual problems encountered at the same timecombing, combine the production line of research and exploration, conscientiouslyresearch, and actively explore solutions and approaches.In this paper, according to the method of software engineering, from the systemrequirements analysis, database design, system architecture and technical analysis,principle and function of logging realization,and so on, studies of explorationengineering of digital geological logging system and its implementations are describedin detail.We analyzed system requirements from data analysis and explorationengineering business, clearly defined functions and data requirements of the system,made clear goals for the development of the whole system. Database design and datamodels are based on file-based databases, relational databases and graph databases,rationally organized and storaged of raw data, optimized the underlying data structuresof the system.It is not only conducive to the design and implementation of software,butalso more user-friendly follow-up to the original data mining utilization. Systemarchitecture and technical analysis studied the overall system architecture from thecontent, operating environment, and other aspects of the interface structures, and furtheranalyzes the main features of the system and related technology applications. Digitalgeological logging focuses on the realization of the principle and processes of exploration engineering from the analytic principles and function.Computer simulationfinite number of steps that can be implemented to form and use the program to log thesimulation processes.In conclusion, the research of this subject has a more important significance topromote comprehensively the geological prospecting for digitization andinformationization,and help integrate actively into the development of the industry trendand development requirements of the times.
