The analysis and detection of the transition metal ions is currently of significant importance for chemistry, as they are closed with biology, environment and clinic. The method of fluorescence is not only simple but also can realize real space, real time, high sensitive and selective. So the fluorescence supramolecular sensors, which are composed of traditional receptors connecting fluorophores, to metal ions are attracting many people’s attentions.P1is designed and successfully synthesized, which is proved by experiment as an efficient fluorescence probe to detect Hg cation with an excellent selectivity. It was also found that the difference of the main chain and the side chains, and the magnitude of the polymer’s molecular weight, all impact on the Hg response. At the same time, P1, which contains some rigid conjugated configuration unit, proved to be high selective for Ni cations detection, was also designed and syntthesized. The influence of the main chain and side chain was also carried on.Compared with2, it was found that the fluorescence effect of1in detecting Hg is attribute to the transformation of ethynyl to ketone catalyzed by Hg cation drived by the interactions of the cation with ethynyl. This brings forth a different ideas for designing some new fluorescence molecule probes. |
