Conjugated polymers(CPs), a kind of very important organic semi-conductive luminescent materials, have gained extensive studies since 1977,with the discovery that polyacetylene's conductivity. The research of Conjugated polymers has become a hot topic in polymer science. In the area of research biological and chemical sensing, the effect of transistors, organic light and, for the use of solar cells, Conjugated polymers has a broad development. Different structure, different wavelengths light and different capabilities of the conjugated polymers was gradually being developed.Conjugated polymers as a study of the fluorescent sensor dates from the middle 1990s. Because of its unique electronics structure, it makes conjugated polymer be molecule wire polymer. In the condition of unchanged bombining costant, conjugated polymers can enlarged Fluorescent signal hundreds times. It provided an entirely new opportunity of design of a high sensitivity chemical sensor. Therefore, in recent years based on biological and chemical sensors of the fluorescent conjugqated polymers in the area of the metal ions, organic molecules and molecules detection has received increasing attention, and gradually become the hotspot of the study.In the research of this dissertation, author mainly do research on aniline-based conjugated polymers'preparation an application of sensing. The dissertation is comprised of the following three parts. First, an overview of the development of fluorescent material, fluorescent molecular sensors, conjugated polymer sensors of the principles and applications is mentioned. Second, based on Sonogashira coupling reaction mechanism, we synthesized using aniline as a functional group of the aniline conjugated polyacetylene polymers(P1,P1L), and other similar structures of the conjugated polymer(P2-P5)and characterize them by nuclear magnetic resonace and gel permeation chromatography. We study the interaction of conjugated polymers and metal ions, the effect of the metal ions other than mercury ion on the other conjugated polmers'quenching is ont significant, while the effect of metal ions except mercury ion on the conjugated polymers other than conjugated polymer P1 is not significant.Third, we synthesize crosslinking agent called bisphenols A epoxy resin and supramolecular based hydrogen bonding.
