It has been widely accepted that mensenchymal stem cell theropy could, improve damaged neuronal function in stroke. There are several ways of administration, among which intravenously infusion is the lest invasive. However, limitied data are availibale regarding the ultimate fate of systemically infused MSCs. Ob jective:we wanted to study the distribution of MSCs infused intravenously into Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion(MCAO) Rat, and compare whether there is any influence between CsA group and non-CsA group. Methods:Bone marrow stem cells of GFP-transgenic mouse were obtained, injected intravenously into MCAO rats, which then divided into2groups randomly:CsA group and non-CsA group. Biopsy was performed.Immunohistochemitry was taken to investigate the distribution of MSCs in several organisms. Results:MSCs were obviously gathered around the infarction area; CsA group showed no significant difference to non-CsA group. |
