Study On The Using Rules Of Fuzi Based On Toxicity-efficiency-syndrome Relevance

Objective：This paper collects ancient prescriptions containing Fuzi and makes acomprehensive study on the using rules of Fuzi with different syndromes based on thetoxicity and efficiency correlation. Drawing on the advantages and avoid disadvantages,this paper provide theoretical basis for proper use of Fuzi in clinic.Method： This paper mainly adopts literature method combine with statisticalmethod.The author combs through the records of Fuzi from medical literatures of pastdynasties.By using the method of frequency distribution and nonparametric statistics,itsummarizes the general features of Fuzi including origin,administrationroute,formulation,single or complex prescription, whether containing alcohol,preparationand dosage of Fuzi in the prescription, then it uses association rules to find out thecommon drug combination in different syndromes,and thus makes a thorough inquiry oncompatibility law of Fuzi.Result：Firstly,it established the data base of prescriptions and indications of Fuziincluding3915prescriptions,693Chinese drugs and336syndromes for a total of1676drugs and926syndromes.Secondly, summarized the using rules of Fuzi prescription andrelated factors of toxicity and efficiency in different historical periods.Thirdly, mainlycalculate the dosage of Fuzi and analyse the features with different syndromes anddifferent formulation.Finally,the paper sums up the common drug combination andcorresponding compatibility law of different syndrome with Fuzi prescription. Conclusion：First of all,the factors related toxicity and efficiency of Fuzi include theroute of administration,formulation,single or complex prescription,whether containingalcohol,dosage and the main indications.All the aspects above have great influence ontoxicity control and efficiency increase.Second, the dosage of Fuzi generally have minordifference in each historical period in China,and the majority is safe and effective withinthe scope of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Large dose are applied on carbuncles andulcers,Bi-syndrome and pathogenic wind syndrome, the dosage form of Fuzi with big doseis always decoction.Third,if the difference of dosage is not that big, compoundcompatibility could be an great influence on toxicity control and efficiency increase.Thedoctor should modify the drugs according to the syndromes or diseases.
