Research Closely Linked To The Communist Party Of China Mass Issues

The party-masses relationship is a special relationship in Marxist political party, thereis no relationship between the party and the people of the western capitalist party. Therelation between the Communist Party and the people are of leader and being led. TheCommunist Party of Chinese has always been a leader while people are in the positionof being led. The special relationship of being leader and led has determined theexistence of the party-masses relationship. Among the political parties in the westerncapitalist countries, the relation between parties and the people are election and beelected not the leader and being led. In western capitalist countries there are onlyparty-people relations not the party-masses. The relationship between the party andthe masses was formed during the revolution period. There were “blood-meat”,“fish-water” relation between the Communist Party and the Chinese people. Duringthis period there were also a good style of “close ties with the masses” formed. Therelationship between the Communist Party and the people were enriched anddeveloped during the construction and reform period which became the biggestpolitical advantage for longtime government. But after the Communist party was inpower, especially after the reform and opening up, this close relationship are subjectto different degrees of damage. Some party members especially the leading cadreshave forgotten Marx’s view of the masses, the phenomenon of losing contact with themasses has increased, and the excellent style of close ties with masses is beingharmed. The ruling foundation of the party has been undergone a continuous erosion.In view of this, the author has conducted the systematic research to the CommunistParty of China close ties with the masses (this paper mainly studies Chinesecommunist party masses relationship after the ruling), to clarify the theoretical basisof close contact with the masses masses, highlight the importance, necessity andurgency of having close ties with masses, find out ways of maintaining close ties withthe masses.There are mainly six parts on the study of Chinese Communist Party’s close ties withthe masses:The first part describes that the Communist Party in close contact with the masses isstipulated by the essence of Marxist parties. The essence of Marx’s political party is the theoretical origin of the Chinese Communist Party’s close ties with the masses.This section verifies from the party to Marxist party then further verifies therelationship between party masses relationship, the relations between the politicalparties and the masses in the western capitalist parties. Then comes the finalconclusion: close ties with the masses is the result of Marxist political class nature,advanced nature and purity of essence.The second part expounds that the close ties with the masses is the biggest politicaladvantage of the Chinese Communist Party. The biggest political advantage which theCommunist Party has is in close contact with the masses.“Face the national crisistogether and struggle for the national independence” is the first hundred-year themewhich the Chinese Communists and Chinese people fighting for.“Building a strongcountry and making people wealth, reviving our nation” is the second hundred-yeartheme which Chinese Communists and Chinese people fighting for. Struggling for thetwo themes is the biggest political advantage of the political foundation of theChinese Communist Party. In the process to the theme of the first hundred year,Chinese Communists relied firmly on the masses, beat the enemy and won the regimefinally, there were all fully reflection of the political advantage of the ChineseCommunist Party’s close ties with the masses in the revolution. After the CCP was inpower, it still needs to rely on the masses and constantly enrich and develop the rulingidea, constantly consolidate and expand the foundation, formulate and implement theruling strategy, strengthen and improve the ruling ability, only in this way can theparty be in power for a long time, and complete the second century theme with people,which is fully reflected the party’s maximum political advantage.The third part expounds whether the party could maintain eternal subject of keepingthe close ties with the masses after being in power. Because of the change of thesubjective and objective conditions, the party has faced an increasing risk ofseparating with people. The Communist Party of the Soviet Union did not alert therisk of separating from masses which resulted in the corruption of the ruling position.This event gave all the Communist parties in the socialist countries a lesson of how tomaintain close ties with the masses after being in office. After the reform and openingup, especially in the new century, the Communist Party has encountered a reality ofbeing separating with the masses, how to always maintain close ties with the massesis the eternal subject of the Chinese Communist party after in power. The fourth part expounds the new exploration of the education to the mass line. Atpresent, the mass line education which launched by our party is another influentialparty construction activity after the Yan’an movement. There are two great inventionsto strengthen the party’s construction from opposing the “three wind” to “four wind”so the new model of carrying out the mass line and work has been formed. Based onthe mass education and the practice, our party has been constantly reforming thesystem of the party’s close ties with the masses and the working model.The fifth part expounds that the party must strive to do a good mass job in the newperiod. In doing this, first of all is to figure out the new changes of mass work in thenew period, and to work well according to the new changes in later phases. The newchanges of mass work in the new period are: the changes of the historical position ofthe mass work, the changes of object of mass work as well as the changes of people’sworking environment. Secondly is to get to know the nature of the work. The essenceof the mass work is mainly reflected in three aspects, namely the core of the masswork is to safeguard the rights, and interests is to handle the contradictions among thepeople, basic requirements of mass work is to turn the party’s policies into the actionof the masses. Thirdly, according to the objective reality of our country and therequirement of the work of the masses, Chinese Communist Party mainly focuses onthe interests and the rights of the masses, the social security right as well as theimprovement of the comprehensive quality to carry out the mass work in the new era.The sixth part explains that the party must continuously to improve ability of the masswork. Improving the ability is the inevitable requirement for the mass work in the newperiod. Removing the subjective and objective factors which restrict the improvementof the ability in doing mass work, looking for the right way to improve the ability indoing mass work, this is the only way to improve the ability of mass work. The maincontents to improve the ability of mass work are to enhance the scientific judgmentability of the situation of mass work, improve ability to solve the emergency of masswork, improve the ability of solving the legal and litigation of the mass work, andimprove the innovation ability of working method.
