Research On The Mass Work Of The Communist Party Of China In The Early Days Of The Founding Of New China

On October 1,1949,the founding of New China marked the completion of the task of democratic revolution by the Communist Party of China,which changed from a revolutionary party that seized power by armed force to a ruling party that controlled the state power and led the construction of the country.The Party's political status,central tasks and environment of development have undergone fundamental changes.In the face of this major historical turning point,the party took the initiative to adapt to the new tasks and new requirements brought about by social changes,and actively led and promoted nationwide social changes in the process of active integration.Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism,The first generation of the Party's central leadership actively adapted to new changes in the domestic and international situation.They seized the trend of historical development,actively responded to various challenges,and strived to explore new ideas,new methods and new measures of the Party's mass work under the ruling conditions in the practice of carrying out the Party's mass line.The fundamental reason was the leadership of the Party with the development of various undertakings during the seven years from the founding of New China to the establishment of the socialist system,which the Communist Party of China had made a series of great achievements in a short period of time without full experience in governing.Under the conditions of extremely backward economic and social development,the Party had always been able to strengthen flesh-and-blood ties with the people,which was a prerequisite for overcoming all difficulties and maintaining the vanguard nature of the Party,and the Party made sustained and uninterrupted efforts to this end.Under the special circumstances of the newly-established regime,the CPC had always adhered to the Party's mass line and made clear the historical orientation after the transformation from the revolutionary party to the ruling party.On this basis,it had successfully realized the transformation of its work tasks and accumulated valuable experience in the difficult transformation.The development of various social undertakings had created conditions and laid a foundation.Based on the special historical period from 1949 to 1956,this paper explores and analyses the mass work practice of the Communist Party of China from various levels and perspectives,and combines with the research of related issues,analyses the practical experience of the Communist Party of China in consolidating political power,removing dangers,leading construction and development in this period.Opening up a new realm of mass work under new historical conditions and providing useful reference for mass work.This article is divided into seven parts,the main contents of each part are as follows:The introduction is mainly divided into five parts,which are:First,The meaning and basis of the topic selection,including theoretical significance and practical significance,Second,the current research status analysis,including the status of domestic research,analysis of foreign research status and existing research analysis and evaluation of results;Third,the definition of relevant concepts,mainly defines the time of "the early stage of the founding of New China",the definition of the meanings of "the masses","Mass movement "and"party-group relationship";Fourth,the main research methods;Fifth,the research priorities,difficulties and innovations.The body part is elaborated six chapters,as follows:In the first chapter,it discusses the theoretical basis of the party's mass work.the Marxist classic writers such as Marx,Engels,Lenin,and Mao Zedong discussed the "people's masses"and established the theoretical basis of the party 's mass work;Secondly,the Marxist theory of the construction of the ruling party,which clarifies the relationship between the party and the mass work,and clarifies the direction for the development of the party's mass work;Thirdly,the basic theories of social development by classical Marxist writers and the particularity of social forms in the early days of the founding of New China,which laids the social theoretical foundation for mass work.In the second chapter,it examines the history of the party's mass work during the democratic revolution.As a political party that relies on the broad masses of people of all classes and classes,the mass work of the Communist Party of China directly affects and determines the survival and development of the party's vitality.This chapter further clarifies the party masses in the early days of the founding of New China,and systematically summarizes the experience and effective practices of the mass work of the party in various that time.Therefore,we must fully understand and grasp the social and historical conditions of this period and the changes of social psychology of various strata as to study the practice of the mass work of the Party in the early days of the founding of New China.During this period,the Party's mass work linked with the practical process of social and historical development basing on the objective conditions of economy,politics,culture and society.The object of the Party's mass work is a complex group,which has formed a relatively stable and solid social psychology in the traditional feudal society for thousands of years.This complex social psychology has certain stability and continuity.the people still use the traditional perspective to look at new things and new phenomena even after a major social transformation.Therefore,this chapter first makes a conc(?)ete analysis of the social and psychological changes of different social groups,including the workers and peasants,intellectuals historical conditions,and mass work in the early days of the founding of New China was promoted under relatively special conditions of the times.In order to properly handle the relationship between
