Building a socialist harmonious society, in order to make the lives of citizens more freedom and happiness, to the development of a more comprehensive, to realize their own value, which conforms to the requirements of the development of society and public opinion, and reflects the common aspiration of all walks of life and aspirations of all nationalities throughout the country. The goal of a socialist harmonious society with Chinese characteristics and the construction of civil society depends on a large number of high-quality training and participation of the citizens. Therefore, we must vigorously carry out civic education to cultivate modern citizens play education assumed an important role in the cornerstone of building a socialist harmonious society, civic education, the country’s political, legal, socialist core value system mission clearly visible.National unity, social stability and harmonious society important notes. China’s specific national conditions must attach importance to the nation, emphasis on the education of minority citizens, maximize minority national identity. Therefore, the study is especially important in the current era and the necessary national identity of minorities. Special historical status and role of national institutions provides a good platform for us to study the education of minority citizens.The definition constitute research from basic connotation of civic education start disciplinary perspectives based on the ideological and political education, strive to combine theoretical exploration and empirical research, based on the combination of local Chinese learn from Western, choose to have the typical characteristics and socialin a special status, as groups of citizens with higher quality and play an exemplary and leading role in Tibetan college students, for example, select the Han areas of national universities, university samples of the two types of minority areas for the two sets of national identitystratified sampling surveys and statistics, comprehensive and integrated analysis of its recognition of the status and the impact of identity factors. Using questionnaires, interviews, and fieldwork methods as well as a variety of statistical methods using the latest statistics analysis system, from multi-view than the system of national institutions Tibetan Undergraduates’ Ethnic Identity, national identity, status, and factors affecting the identity.The paper consists of five parts. The questionnaire analysis of the results showed that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Specific details on the effect of civic education, targeted empirical research, education, production, life, religion, psychology and other social factors compared to ethnic minority areas and non-minority areas samples to analyze the factors that affect minorities national identity indicators of civic education and national identity, look for the active ingredients of civic education on the national identity. Identity of Tibetan students through questionnaire analysis, study carefully combed, draw relevant conclusions:(1) Tibetan college students overall recognition status worthy of recognition, the dual identity of the peoples and nations, there is a high degree of positive correlation. This shows the effectiveness of the national institutions of civic education is significant.(2) Tibetan college students agree with the different aspects of the influencing factors mutual differences, but school education, family status, at the the mainland life time, and the attitude of members of different ethnic groups can predict the degree of recognition of the Tibetan College Students.(3) Tibetan college students in the process of cultural adaptation, under the premise of respecting the national culture, the main use of integration, aggregation, pro and acculturation strategies.(4) The preparation of the questionnaire, its reliability and validity of the statistical requirements of society, with a certain degree of replicabilityAnalysis of the conclusions of the impact of factors including education, policy, social environment, language, religion, national exchanges such as one by one in-depth study and discussion. On this basis, further explore civic education in shaping national identity, and to learn and absorb foreign universities to cultivate a successful example of the eligible citizens.Through research and analysis, the study based on the changing realities of our national institutions to develop, to learn and absorb the successful example of foreign universities to cultivate qualified citizens, further establishing national institutions of civic education should be up to the national identity and promote national cultural identity importantthe controllable path basic point of view, in-depth analysis of the the the double minority civic education as well as the principles of education, to improve the content and methods of civic education, the basis of content, the content of the times, the dominant content learning so that they firmly establishfive of the Marxist concept of (national outlook, outlook on history, nationality, religion, culture concept), to strengthen the four identity (identification with the motherland, the Chinese nation, the Chinese culture, on the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics)through the implementation of a variety of ways and means to build a platform of exchanges of various nationalities, and to improve the effectiveness of education, improve the national identity of ethnic minorities.
