Research And Empirical Analysis Of New Urban Area Operation Mode

This thesis employs a system of Institutional Economy Theory, Game Analysis Theory, Statistical Analysis Theory, Agglomeration Economy Theory and other theories and methods, discusses more systematicly and in-depth of new urban area operation mode. Firstly, it makes analysis of ideological origins of the urban operations from perspective of urban strategic development concept, urban management concept and practice of urban operations abroad, and also studies theoretical foundation of urban operations based on Agglomeration Economy Theory, City Planning Theory, Stakeholder Theory, Development Economics and Institutional Economics; Secondly, it describes theoretical framework of new urban area operations on the basis of ideological origins of the urban operations and its theoretical foundation, futher analyse general theory of new urban area operations mode, and puts forward three typical modes of new urban area operations; Thirdly, based on theoretical research of new urban area operation mode, it makes use of statistical analysis, comparative analysis of empirical analysis methods to analyse urban operational cases under three typical modes; In addition, aiming at the deficiency of typical mode, it shows game analysis of action strategy of the government, enterprises and financial institutions in new urban area operations; In the end, it proposed an innovative new urban area operation mode-interactive mode with Institutional Economics research methods.
