This paper mainly expounds on that Qinghai oilfield borehole operation company innovate management mode to overcome the management bottleneck and the restriction of management along with development. By changing branch offices and project department management mode to brigade management mode, the specialized management mode with Qinghai oiled underground work company features was realized. After resolving the difficulties on management, the company is going on the track of sound progress.Since 1955, Qinghai oilfield has the first oil work team. With the development of oilfield, borehole operation company was established in 1984. In different stages of development, every leading group and all caders and staff always keep up with the pace of development of oilfield; always treat the meeting demand of oilfiled borehole operation as their own duty, always explore the innovation of management mode and always seeking the management mode which is suitable to the development situation of oilfield and good for the company development. All of what they have done satisfied the requirements of management during different stage of development.In 2010, the merge between two oilfield borehole operation by Qinghai oilfield company brought new development opportunity and challenge. Facing new situation and difficulty, company leader group objectively analysed management bottleneck-- low labor productivity, low technique contents, low control level, high labor cost, which have restricted healthy and sustainable development of the company. After repeatedly survey and research, the innovation of specialized management mode with Qinghai oiled underground work company features were carried out and got the expectancy effect.Through launching the case research of specialized management mode of underground work, first, we can summarize the experience of management innovation in time to accumulate resource for better, quicker development; second, the shortage of management innovation also could be analysed and then formulate continuous improvement measure; third, consolidating and estimating the effect of management innovation; last, evaluating the periodicity of management innovation objectively, indicating applicable environment of specialized management mode, drawing up the coping strategy as the situation changing foreseeingly.
