However, so many private enterprises that had been growing at amazing speed like Sanzhu, Dragon, Giant, etc. are no longer flourishing after two or three boom years that could only be retrieved from the history of their development. It is necessary for a modern enterprise theory with enterprises as the object of study to ponder over this question:why some enterprises are able to keep a long-term sustainable development, while others wither away in the same environment? After30years reform and development the self-organization and business environment of enterprises of different ownership are converging.
