A Study On Sustainable Growth Capability Of High-tech Enterprise Based On Technology Innovation

High-tech enterprises had become the dominant force in promoting world economic development. The sustainable growth of high-tech enterprises directly influences the sustainable development of economy. High-tech enterprises are effective carriers of technological innovation, and technological innovation is an important source of high-tech enterprise core competitive ability. Therefore, the study on high-tech enterprise sustainable growth capability from a technology innovation perspective not only has the necessity in theory, but also has practical significance in practice.From a technology innovation perspective, this study sets the high-tech enterprises as research object. By adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative empirical analysis method, this paper aims to achieve the following goals:studying the relationship mechanism between technology innovation and sustainable growth capability of high-tech enterprise, analyzing the composition and evolution process of high-tech enterprise sustainable growth capability, establishments the high-tech enterprise sustainable growth capability evaluation index system, and exploring the interactive optimization tactics between technology innovation capability and sustainable growth capability of high-tech enterprise. By confirming the weights of those indexes from technology innovation capability in high-tech enterprise sustainable growth capability evaluation index system through the empirical analysis, it further verifies the importance of technological innovation to the high-tech enterprise sustainable growth capability. Through those qualitative and quantitative researches above, this paper draws the following conclusions:High-tech enterprises build and develop their technology innovation capability from technology innovation activities. Technology innovation capability is an important part of high-tech enterprise sustainable growth capability. There is a kind of interaction relationship between them. Technology innovation traverses through the whole life cycle stages of high-tech enterprise sustainable growth; it plays a crucial role during the evolution process of high-tech enterprise sustainable growth capability. Continuous technology innovation activities help high-tech enterprises alternate their core competence and bring sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable growth capability is exactly established on this process. By taking advantage of interactive optimization between technology innovation capability and sustainable growth capability, high-tech enterprises could promote both of them in the meantime.
