Research On The Agricultural Sustainable Development In Inner Mongo Based On Development Priority Zones

The sustainable development of agriculture that is basic industry of national economy relations between national security and economic development is not only a matter of agricultural modernization, industrialization, urbanization, is also a matter of build a well-off society in an all-round way the realization of great goal. Inner Mongolia autonomous region as ethnic minority border areas of the country, but the country’s main food production base, also is the important ecological barrier in north China and the agricultural economy development zone. Inner Mongolia is a big agriculture province in history, the development of a long history and unique nomadic farming and animal husbandry of the natural geographical conditions, is China’s important commodity grain base and dairy, meat supply base. In this paper, from the perspective of development priority zones, strengthen the national spatial planning in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the agricultural development policy support, on the one hand, expand the main body function area division theory and strengthen its application and practice, on the other hand promote agricultural sustainable development in Inner Mongolia, accelerating agricultural modernization in ethnic minority areas.The paper enriches the theory of development priority zones, and clarifies the essential factor of the sustainable development of agriculture, expounds the mechanism of development priority zones and the internal connection of agricultural sustainable development. First, the historical origin of from development priority zones, this paper expounds spatial economic strategy evolution and development process, demonstrates the basic connotation, the characteristics of development priority zones, evaluation index system and policy system in the region. Secondly, explore the theoretical basis of sustainable agriculture, from the connotation of sustainable agriculture, objectives, principles and evaluation to grasp the basic essence of the sustainable development of agriculture.
