Research On The Dynamic Evolution And Influencing Factors Of High-quality Agricultural Development In Major Grain-producing Areas

As a basic industry,agriculture has a supporting role in the development of the national economy,promoting the high-quality development of agriculture,and is of great significance to solving the problem of "agriculture,rural areas" and promoting the development of rural revitalization.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China showed that my country has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,proposed to give priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas and promote agricultural modernization.In 2018,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs proposed the "Year of Agricultural Quality",indicating that the high-quality agricultural development is a new model that is in line with the new normal agricultural development.The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" plan clearly proposes that it is the only way to improve the quality and competitiveness of agricultural agriculture and promote high-quality agricultural development.This article mainly studies high-quality agricultural development in the main food area.First of all,sort out related documents such as high-quality development and high-quality agricultural development,briefly describe the development status of the main grain production area,and explain the theory of high-quality agricultural development related theories on the basis of fully understanding the relationship between high-quality development and high-quality development of agriculture.The concept,Schultz’s transformation tradition,dual economic structure theory,and sustainable development theory provides a certain theoretical basis for the relevant research of this article.Then,combined with the current new development concept and the connotation of the high-quality development of agricultural development,it is a reference to absorb existing research results and builds a complete agricultural high-quality development evaluation index system,including the five dimensions of "sharing,openness,innovation,coordination,green,and quality",and then use layers of vertical and horizontal to open the grade method to measure the 2008-2020 grain-producing agricultural high quality development level,finally grain-producing agricultural high quality development level.After that,this article uses nuclear density estimates and spatial exploration analysis methods to analyze the dynamic evolution and spatial characteristics of the high-quality development of agricultural agriculture in the main grain producing areas,respectively.Finally,take the high-quality development level of the main food area as the explanation variable,and select the level of economic development,the level of agricultural insurance development,the level of urbanization,financial support,and disaster governance capacity.As an interpretation variable and use the space measurement model for empirical analysis.According to empirical results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)2008-2020 The high-quality development level of the main food area of grain producing areas has a growth trend as a whole,but the growth rate of each dimension is different.(2)From 22008-2020,there are regional differences in the high-quality development of the main agricultural area of grain producing areas.The high-quality development of agricultural agriculture in the main food area shows the development pattern of polarization distribution,and the differences between regional development have gradually enlarged.(3)The level of economic development,the level of urbanization,financial support,and disaster governance capabilities have a significant positive effect on the high-quality agricultural development,and the level of agricultural insurance development has inhibitory effects.It should have a role.Based on the above conclusions,this article put forward the following suggestions:Coordinated development of agricultural areas,agricultural development should combine their own development characteristics to coordinate the planning of high-quality agricultural development.Local governments should increase their support for the agricultural industry,promote the sustainable agricultural development,adjust agriculture,adjust agriculture Insurance structure,strengthen the management capacity of natural disasters,and protect farmers’ production interests.
